Inter CEO Beppe Marotta has not given any indication that he is interested in taking a position on the new Juventus board of directors.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri CEO has yet to show any receptiveness to the Bianconeri’s interest in bringing him back.

The interest of Juventus in bringing Marotta back to head up a new board of directors is real.

The executive’s nearly decade-long history with the Bianconeri and his experience mean that he is a logical and attractive target for his former employer.

Juventus are set to select a new board of directors next month after the previous board resigned en masse amid legal and financial problems.

As of yet, whilst the Bianconeri’s interest in bringing back Marotta is there, Marotta has given no indication that he would consider leaving Inter to return to Turin.
