Inter striker Romelu Lukaku will take to the pitch in tomorrow’s friendly match against Serie B side Reggina.
This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who reported this afternoon via FCInterNews that the Belgian is fit enough that he will be part of tomorrow’s match, whether from the start or from the bench.
Lukaku did not travel with Inter on the team’s training retreat in Malta earlier this month, nor did the 29-year-old travel to Spain to participate in Saturday evening’s friendly clash with Real Betis.
However, the striker has been working hard to get back to match-fitness, and according to Sky it is virtually certain that he will appear at some point in tomorrow’s match against Reggina.
The Nerazzurri will be looking to use that match as an opportunity to get playing time in their legs with their return to Serie A action against Napoli now only two weeks away.
