Inter captain Samir Handanovic and wingback Denzel Dumfries will not be part of the squad that ravels to Reggina for tomorrow evening’s friendly match against the Serie B side.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews, who reported this evening that the pair will stay behind to train in Milan, whilst all of Romelu Lukaku, Stefan de Vrij, and Andre Onana will be part of the squad for the match.

Neither Handanovic nor Dumfries are injured.

However, both of the pair will stay behind in Milan whilst the rest of the team travels to face Reggina in tomorrow evening’s friendly match.

Dumfries recently returned to training after having been on vacation following participation at the World Cup in Qatar with the Netherlands.

Meanwhile, de Vrij had also been in Qatar with the Dutch national team, but unlike Dumfries did not see the pitch at the tournament, and he and Onana will both travel to Reggina tomorrow.
