Again guys, thanks for the great show. Always a great fun to have a night drive listening to Studio Inter 😉
As for the refereeing…and what’s going on in Italy right now, I don’t understand how people still haven’t learned that this is short term gain for certain teams or the league. But over the long term, it’s just devastating! People can’t take more crap anymore! Whether it’s us or another team, I don’t care! Be fair to everybody.
Another thing I’d like to see change is the empty stadiums in Italy. I’ve worked in Revenue Management in an Airline where you price seats based on demand for a certain flight or a route. It’s always sad to fly an airplane with empty seats because those seats could’ve been sold for the cheapest fares available which would mean extra money for you! Why doesn’t this happen with games as well?! I know that many people would love to come to watch their favourite teams play and I know that there aren’t many who think a 100€ per seat in the ground tier is worth the money. Instead of having a 46k average attendance for Inter which is the highest figure for all the teams. Why not offer cheaper tickets for the fans to attend? And for the big games, I’m totally fine with being a lil over priced. Study the damn demand! I’d love to see 70-80k attendance in San Siro. Would make the whole experience much more fun than what it is right now.
Nice points all the way around. If there is one person to galvanize our midfield, it’s Ever Banega. Mazzarri loves these types of players. He helps in both offense and defense; this would allow Ricky to play more up the pitch, where he is far more dangerous. We also need a modern center back. One that starts the attack from the back. I think Garay would be phenomenal in this role. Just upgrading these two positions would make a huge difference in our performances on the pitch. We definitely should go on with a 3-4-2-1, it allows for more fluidity in our play.
Good episode. I agree that we should be reacting more heavily against the ridiculous decisions against us made by the referees. I really wish Mazzarri would stand up and defend us like Mourinho did. It would galvanize the squad and the fans behind the club like the good old days.
