If the rumor is true and we are renewing Rano, then there is no better teacher in the world than Vidic. I say that for two reasons.
The first is that ManU always had players ready behind Vidic due to the example and tutoring he provided (Smalling, Evans, Jones, even Ferdinand learned from Vidic).
Secondly, Rano has a lot of the same skill set as Vidic. Both are slower, but dominant in the air. If Vidic can mentor Rano, this could be huge for us a couple years down the road if Rano replaces Vidic.
