Midfielder Andy Diouf says that he “said yes right away” when Inter Milan asked if he wanted to sign from Lens.
The Frenchman gave his first interview as a Nerazzurri player on the club’s official site.
Midfielder Andy Diouf has completed his move to Inter Milan. He has joined the club on a five-year deal from Ligue 1 side Lens.
It has been something of a whirlwind transfer.
Reports of Inter’s interest in signing Diouf only emerged yesterday morning. However, the Nerazzurri wrapped up the talks extremely quickly.
Then, the 22-year-old travelled to Milan and underwent his medicals today.
Therefore, Diouf is already officially an Inter player. He can begin training with the club this weekend ahead of the start of the Serie A season.
Andy Diouf: “I Said Yes To Inter Milan Right Away”

Diouf proclaimed upon his move that “Inter are a club steeped in history.”
“As soon as I heard the news, I didn’t have to think twice. There was no doubt about choosing this club.”
Diouf added that “It’s an honour to be here.”
“Being an Interista means a lot, and I’m very proud. I can’t wait to step out onto the pitch at the San Siro.”
Meanwhile, Diouf also gave his thoughts on his style of play. “I like playing with the ball at my feet,” he said. “I play with personality.”
The Frenchman added that “I like technical moves, and showing what I can do with the ball.”
Diouf then commented that “I know that there are highly experienced players in the dressing room.”
“I want to learn from being alongside them,” he added. “And grow along with the entire team.”
Diouf also commented that “I’m pleased that there are a number of French players in the squad here.”
“I know Ange-Yoan [Bonny] well,” he noted. “Because we’ve played together for the national team.”
Diouf said that Bonny “spoke highly of the club.”
“It certainly helps when you join a team where you already know some of your teammates.”

Dark age looming.
Inter is a failed club. Management sucks. Chivu is a pawn for management.
Dear Josh, you are everything a fan shouldn’t be. On daily basis you spit fire against everything that happens around Inter.
This managment made the club functional and competitive on every front, after they inherited debts and club in turmoil after Moratti left.
Please just fuck off with your opinions.
We don’t need that
most of inter fans here are brainless glory hunters
