SportMediaset reports today that Walter Mazzarri, head-coach of Inter has chosen Italian central defender Andrea Ranocchia to start tonight in the derby against AC Milan, passing Mazzarri’s former Sampdoria and Napoli-protege Hugo Campagnaro to the bench. Ranocchia will play alongside Walter Samuel and Rolando.
