Define Great. I was bored to death, and depressed, and piss… watching the game against MU. I understand WM didn’t have his two most creative players available, but playing everybody with just one idea in mind. “hold the ball in our side of the field passing among the defenders (8 of them) until we find a little space for a long ball over MU defense to hopefully get it to Icardi or Botta. That was pathetic. The ESPN commentator was going to make me throat when he was describing inters game. but honesttly it was an accurate description.
If you are bored watching your favorite club. You are not a real interista no matter how the team plays.
I agree with you 100%. It was really horrible to see how we played offensively. Just long balls to Icardi all the time and the Man U defenders were winning them all. That’s how small teams play. Defend and defend and then long balls to a lone striker. I wish we had Montella as a coach. He knows how to make his team play beautiful football.
He better find out how to make our midfield more creative
