Nigel Pearson, Leicester City’s manager, has made a 5 million pound offer for Wigan midfielder James McArthur. Pearson is looking for new midfield alternatives after having encountered difficulties in his attempts to sign Esteban Cambiasso, as his offer was rejected by the player this morning. Leicester were sure of having convinced Cambiasso, but negotiations were put on hold this weekend. It looked as if the ex-Inter player would accept a move to the Premier League with a two-year contract, but Cambiasso’s mind might have been changed by another offer from abroad. The future is not yet clear for Il Cuchu.

We want players who want us…..clearly this one does not
Nah we don’t want him he’s already struggling with a mid life crisis….we want young blood, ambitious going somewhere players not been there, done the tshirt doesn’t suit me anymore.
He’s totally right. He deserved better. He should be with us.
NP said he wanted three new players, a defender, an attacker and a midfielder. All before the transfer window closes. These additions would be on top of the cambiasso transfer.
