Err, the fact that Lucio joined JuBe because Inter released him on a free transfer easily rendered your thoughtless banter invalid, mate. It meant he wasn’t needed by Inter and as such will not make it to the starting lineup.
He started all the time under strama before he was released. He came as a starter for inter to warming the bench for inter and after 3 starts he was gone. Inters stars = juves bench!
The fact that Lucio is a champion who has won domestic titles in Germany, domestic titles in Italy, the UCL title, and the World Cup proves that he was worthy to be a starter at any top teams. There is no question about his quality as a player, the problem is when JokeBentus signed him he was aging (33 years old), declining rapidly, injury prone, and error prone. It’s not about the difference in squad quality between Inter and JuBe is it? the real issue is that JuBe signed and old and declining player which was let go on a free by his previous team because of his constant bad performances.
Now, back to our initial point about teams buying old and useless player, I have proven that even JuBe is prone to such behavior. And I haven’t even mentioned the likes of Evra, Iaquinta, and Toni. Now you are complaining about Inter who is trying to buy players like the 29 year old Diarra, 23 year old Shaqiri, 29 year old Podolski, 22 year old Salah, and 29 year old Lavezzi.
