Overall, yesterday was a great day to be an Inter fan. This weekend, the Nerazzurri won in style away at Atalanta, while Milan and Napoli both lost. Inter’s fortunes have filled the front pages of many sports papers:
La Gazzetta Dello Sport: Doctor GuarInter. Inter secures their their first win in Bergamo for 7 years. First Shaqiri scored a penalty, then Atalanta equalized, only to be stunned by two interventions from the Colombian. Atalanta played with 10 men and lost. Palacio also got the scoresheet.
Corriere dello Sport: Mancini leapfrogs Inzaghi. Inter overwhelms Atalanta in Bergamo.
Tuttosport: The Fredy Guarin show was on. Inter rises up the table, and Atalanta are beaten.
