The frontpages of the 3 main Italian sportsnewspapers all mention Inter’s loss against Sampdoria at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris in Genoa.
Gazzetta dello Sport tops with “Eder blue, Inter black. Conte’s naturalized striker decisive, Mancini – 9 points from Europe, -30 points off Juve and behind Milan in the standings. Sampdroia up to 4th place, Mihajlovic jokes with Mancini.”
Rome-based Corriere dello Sport reports that “Sinisa deadly, Inter spiked. Eder scores 1-0, Manicni K.O.-ed” whilst Turin-based Tuttosport writes “Sampdoria in ecstacy, Eder the hero. Inter spiked. What a flop Mancini.”

Whatever….
Why is it so hard to back the coach for once. He is not a flop, the team is and we have to give him time. SAF took 3 funking years to start winning something. So stop your BS and support the team that we all bleed blue and black
Totally agree with you! Mancini maybe doesn’t get to many point but the team have grown and play much better now! The team have a idea and lack some luck!
I support mancini, but in this match he flopped in terms of subs… He didn’t bring in any usful players except palacio near the end… and camara!? Seriously!? I continue to support mancio and can see the improvement, but what I can’t understand is his subbing mentality…
Thank you for your comment. I am tired of all the negative comments. I am glad to see some people understand this is a rebuilding process. It is funny how everybody criticizes the coach line-up and subs, I guess they all go to the trainings and talk to the players everyday so they now who should play. The team is developing some identity, the mentality is changing from freaking out during the whole game to actually trying to keep the ball and control the tempo of the games. Some of the players still need to learn to move to the spaces to give the game more fluidity but overall I see some idea of how the team wants to play. For the rest of the year, I rather loose trying to play like a team than winning by pure luck or individual actions, like our neighbors.
But dude not subbing podo… and bringing in camara… it just feels weird when we have hernanes and kova and puscas in the bench… I support mancini, but his subbing is very weird to me…
You might be right Bro. But the way I see it. Podo is a great striker going through a Terrible form period. Remember what happened to Milito, he was awful and then he clicked. So, if you need goals, you better keep in the pitch somebody who has scored important goals at the highest competition levels. Hernanes is not a striker he is a trequartista at best. Hernanes has been out of any decent form since the worldcup, for some reason he cant recover and play more than 1-2 games in a row without getting injured again, and he played on Thursday, so I guess Mancini didn’t believed him fit to play yesterday. That is my guess, but I don’t know for sure, because I don’t see the trainings. Kova left the Wolfsburg game limping, he was substituted because of the injury, so I doubt he was fit to play yesterday either, at least no the way the game was developing. About bringing in Camara instead of Puscas. Well, I guess that when Mancini finally had enough of Podolski he decided to give a chance and exposure to the youngster while keeping the 3 strikers formation, with Camara as a winger because that is his natural position. I believe Puscas is more a center forward than a winger.
Aha okay… but still he used 2 subs… maybe subbing hernanes for guaro would have helped… I know hernanes isn’t up to his potential, but everytime he plays I see creativity… wouldn’t have hurt to use the third sub… and I forgot about kova limping xD
What a flop mancini… for once I agree…
For once i agree with Tuttosport
