It was a Bleacher Report article about Inter signing Yaya Toure. (http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2417674-manchester-city-transfer-news-yaya-toure-set-for-435m-bid-from-inter-milan) The article has flaw though. It says that Inter wants to use whole amount only on Yaya Toure which is retarded but Gazzetta and Tuttosport report that Inter’s whole transfer budget is approx 60 mil.
actually it isn’t, because this year the club doesn’t have to deal with the monster-salaries of our argentine legends. this allows Inter to spend a good sum of money without hurting the FFP-regulations. but spending that sort of money means Inter MUST reach Champions League to make significant reveneue to avoid another penalty at the end of the current FFP-cycle (3 years)
