Inter have encountered problems during negotiations with Wolfsburg for Ivan Perisic. The German club are not convinced by Inter’s formula of a loan with a mandatory redemption fee. Now, Sport Mediaset reports that the Nerazzurri will turn to Genoa’s Diego Perotti. Inter have offered 2 million euros for a loan, with a mandatory redemption fee of 10 million euros.

good deal , now mancini need to decide which formation he want to use because inter can’t afford squad designed for tow formations ,i mean if RM want 4 3 3 he need to get rid of hernanese and get perotti and perisic both unless he want to go into season with just biabiani as a backup, but in case he want to continue with his current 4312 he need to get a trequastista which should be starter and keep hernanes as a backup (in this case we don’t need to get a winger beside biabiani which should be enough choice in case RM want to surprise any opponent)

i think he said the price for vasquez is 25mil.. but he turns 27 this yead. more expensive than perisic and he’s a lot slower and less mobile. They are quite different.
I get so much hate recommending Diamanti but he has the talent and he will be practically free. SO what if he’s 32, all we need is a couple of years to buy us time for a replacement. As of right now, we only have Hernanes for dead balls (mind you they did stats and 50% of goals come from dead ball situations)… and even if we sign Perisic we have no backup FKtaker… remember Mancio had Miha when he was 35 just to unlock tough games with his FK magic (i’m looking at you Roma) even though the guy could barely run.. he had also Veron.
If we don’t sign anybody all we have is Hernanes and maybe Guaro for FK, way too thin. We need a specialist and Diamanti is probably the cheapest proven alternative that can still run and create on the fly as well. (just look at his impact at Fiorentina last season). The guy can still hack it.

uh 32? and he’s still very mobile. This isn’t Arsenal, btw most teams that win stuff tend to have avg age of squad at or above 30… we have enough youngsters. Anyways I’m not talking about age, I’m talking about talent and technique.. and Diamanti has more talent in his left foot than many of the players we are looking at (or had, compare diamanti to shaq and it’s clear alino is superior.. he single handedly saved Bologna from the drop.. and they fell to B when he left)
oh and 32 is still 6 years younger than Totti and about Cassano’s age.. these are players that rely on technique… also didn’t Rubentus sign a 32yr old pirlo 4 years ago?
and for the italian NT, when Pirlo was off or ineffective Diamanti was often introduced to shake things up… he up there with the top creative players
Diamanti is a class player. If he comes at a low transfer fee and salary and can accept to be a impact substitute most of the time, then I give it my blessing at least
as he displayed at Fiorentina he is willing to accept an impact/bench role. I think he is willing to take a paycut since there’s talks of him going back to Bologna or to the Premiership. We should jump in and sign him, 2mil salary and he rescinds his contract so we pay 0 mil to sign him and our attacking/mid problems are covered. All we will need then is a LB and maybe spend a cool 10mil on a vrsaljko to add to the ex-yugoslav contigent! 😀
