Mauro Icardi went through a new control yesterday to check his injury and the player is aiming at being back for the derby. The pain he suffered from before the game against Atalanta has made Mauros season start hard and the muscular problem has made him miss two games. The injury reminded Mauro of one that he had suffered from earlier and he felt the pain when shooting on the warm up, probably not being ready to do so. The derby isn’t at risk, even though the Argentinian trained a part from the rest of the team today.
Yesterday’s controls confirmed that Mauro will be able to train with his teammates when they return on Tuesday and Mancini who has a great will to see Icardi together with Jovetic can’t wait to get his striker back. Icardi is charged as well and he will return earlier(Monday) than his teammates to be prepared for the derby. Mauro who has never scored against Milan in five games is also going to make his first derby as captain.

4-3-1-2 with jojo and icardi upfront. Mancini will use 3 DM to kill milan midfield immediately before they reach our penalty area, they wil be kondo, medel, and melo. Guarin as AMF at start but will subbed by perisic at second half if the scoresheet not favoured us. But if we already lead the game, at the 2nd half we will see adem ljalic play to give jojo some rest and also alex telles will make debut.
I guess Perisic will start, its a 4-3-3 just like Mancini always wanted..Melo and Kondog will be main engine in midfield, while Telles probably will also get the nod.
20 million $ Perisic on the bench ? Lol.

Finally, our captain shouldn’t have been our worst player hahah (Rano). I honestly would have given the captaincy to Handanovic as he is more humble and leader-like but oh well.
