Inter managed to come away with a point in their away match at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris in Genoa. Ivan Perisic scored his first goal for the Nerazzurri when he got the equaliser after Luis Muriel scored his 4th goal against Inter in 8 games when giving the Blucerchiati the lead.
Samir Handanovic – 6: Showed safe hands & made few mistakes. Strong in the air & felt solid & stable in his actions. Lucky when Correa missed absolute sitter.
Davide Santon – 6: Solid performance from the Italy international. Dependable as ever in defense but made good runs when going forward.
Gary Medel – 6: Gave a faultless performance today & made a few crucial tackles & clearances. As always shows great desire & will to win.
Jeison Murillo – 6: Did well in his comeback into the team after injury. Made a mistake which could have cost a goal but was lucky Muriel missed it.
Alex Telles – 6,5: Very good performance by the Brazilian. Pumped the Sampdoria box with dangerous crosses from set pieces as well as open play.
Felipe Melo – 6,5: Mean, strong & a fighter but today he showed there’s more to his game than just the physical aspect: great passing & vision.
Geoffrey Kondogbia – 6: Much better performance from the Frenchman than last week. So strong physically, quick on his feet & great movement throughout.
Fredy Guarin – 5,5: Ran a lot as he always does but failed to make it pay. Poor passing & frustrating to watch. Missed an absolute sitter in the 1st half.
Ivan Perisic – 6,5: Gave an all-round good performance which saw him top it off with a goal. Dangerous crosses & showed character when helping defense.
Rodrigo Palacio – 5: Very poor performance by the Argentinian who looked completely lost on the pitch. Poor timing, movement & looked generally unfit.
Mauro Icardi – 5,5: Didn’t have an easy afternoon on his old stomping ground. Was invisible until the 75th minute until he finally got going.
Jonathan Biabiany – 6: Brought on in the 63rd minute for Kondogbia & looked generally lively. Great pace but less than adequate crossing/passing.
Rei Manaj – 6: Substitued on in the 71st minute for Palacio & gave the team strength they lacked up front. Should have been awarded a penalty.
Adem Ljajic – : Came on in the 87 th minute, didn’t play long enough to be given a rating.
Roberto Mancini – 6: Had difficulties finding an antidote to Sampdoria attacks tactically but made the correct changes which led to Inter dominating.
Inter – 6: Important to bounce back from last weeks hammering with a good performance. Still problems with concentration but good reaction.
Gianluca Rocchi – 4,5: Inconsistent, picky & got more than often many crucial decisions wrong such as the penalty on Manaj or Perisic’s yellow card.

I would really like to see us play a 4-4-2 system again like we played in the second half! If one looks at our squad it seems made up for a 4-4-2! Jojo and Icardi are box-strikers, and Jojo isn’t a winger suited for a 4-3-3, so therefore; two on the top! Perisic was insane when playing on the left wing in second half yesterday and Biabiany played really well, despite the fact he has been away from football for a hole year – both are true, old fashin wingers! Ljajic isn’t a true winger, but more a number ten-type of player, but could easily play on the wing as well, and our full backs would love to have someone on the wing helping them out in attack (not like in the 4-3-1-2 where the fullbacks are ment to provide the crosses by them selfs) and in defense.
We have true psycical monsters to take care of the two demanding central midfield roles; Melo, Medel, Kondogbia, Brosso, and Gnou – all of them are made for the defensive midfielder roles with the 4-4-2 recaries but are still really good at passing the ball to the wings as well!
The only transfer well need in January – if playing 4-4-2 would be another box-striker because if “glass-leg” gets injuried again we’ll only have Icardi on top!
Gimme Lewandowski or Harry Kane or Kun Aguero, they always dangerous, feared, right man in the right time, goals guarantee. And the problem solved, only if guarin and palacio out. Even CR7 or Messi come, they will not solve if we still have that deadwood.
And then you woke up – maybe we could find a fine striker not playing much for a big club somewhere – any suggestions? Or some of the promising players from France!?
just when i thought mancini was proving the fans wrong, he proved to be one lucky son of a bitch, not that inter have played shit, but that inter set plays (if they made any) are disgrace. Kovacic absence made the obvious difference, its not much the tie yesterday as it was the loss to Fiorentina, players stepped on the pitch heartless, gutless and have no plan, Handanovic howl streak continues, and look at the alternatives, wait.. there aren’t any!!!!
Yeah, i cant understand how palacio still get the chance instead ljacic
kick palacio n guarin out
guarin out after againts juve, bcause he can make different at big match like againts milan
Enough for palacio
Palacio is struggling. His game is only getting worse. There are better options. Biabiny, Lijac, Manaj……
A 5 rating is fare.
So how do we get Icardi the ball?
Did Kondogbia really have a better game? I’ve only read that he was pretty poor. Missed the game due to it being on so early in the United States.
he was one of our best midfield or at least far better than guarin..
To me melo had a terrible game. Biabiany with better score then palacio. Who right this s…
Another shit performance by Mancioshit.Just sack our pussy on the bench! Why he prefer Bonboni and Manaj instead Ljajic. This is criminal act by Mancini..
Hahahahaha
Who the fuck bonboni is
i disagree with Mancini’s rating.. he f-ed up during the 1st half and tried to recover during the 2nd.. rating him 6 was way too generous
i prefer give rate to ljajic more than biabiany and manaj !
tbh palacio was not that bad.. how come guarin get a better scoring than him!? just my opinion..
Wtf, I thought both of them were shit.
at least palacio made some of good run, cross and shot.. but the rating show us guarin have the better score!? WTF
Palacio is not that bad mate, but for now the best palacio is not better than ljacic,
agree with you mate.. i just didn’t agree with the rating of guarin that were better than palacio.. in my opinion, palacio should be rate higher than guarin to be fair..^^
Yeah, but the guy who made the rating is better than me mate,i dont even able to give rating to guarin as it will make feel sad after seeing that 99% scoring oppurtunity in front of the goal, lolll
lol.. hahaha.. if there is a voting for the worst player of the match, guarin will surely my first choice.. if palacio got 5, than guarin should at least got 4 or 4,5 in my book.. ^^
