Inter lost against Napoli after performing greatly with one man less on the field for 45 minutes. The Nerazzurri fought until the end and the post twice stopped Inter from getting a result in the end. Mancini got some of his choices wrong but Inter proved to everyone that the team will never give up. Here are the player ratings:
Samir Handanovic 6,5: Didn’t have much to do before Higuain forced him into a great save in the end of the game. Had no chance at the goals.
Danilo D’Ambrosio 5,0: As many times before, not god, and not bad, had to think a lot about defending today.
Murillo 5,5: Was destroyed by Higuain on the goals, but saved many chances on his own. Not much to do against Higuain, but not good enough.
Miranda 6,0: Destroyed by Higuain on the second goal, not much to do and not much to do when Reina monster-saves the last minute header.
Nagatomo 3,5: Had a bad day and made his teammates play 10 vs 11 after a stupid challenge when already booked.
Gary Medel 6,0: Never stopped running and never stopped fighting. His spirit is Inter’s spirit and that’s always appreciated.
Fredy Guarin 5,5: Great shot in the first half that could’ve became a goal, then the normal and sloppy mistakes as always.
Brozovic 6,5: The best midfielder today. Showed calm when other’s looked stressed and created a lot of chances. Good stuff Brozo
Perisic 5,5: Started out really bad but did better on the left wing. I expect more from him
Adem Ljajic 7,5: Man of the match. Great, great performance. Quiet first half, but then takes the team under his wings. Creates chances, scores goals, tired in the end.
Mauro Icardi 5,0: Doesn’t get activated and is taken away by the Napoli defenders. Runs a lot in pressure but gets no results. Bad game.
Telles 6,0: Came on and Inter didn’t suffer on his wing. Created some good stuff on the wing and should start next game.
Jovetic 6,0: Had one chance and hit the post. Unlucky and should probably have started.
Biabiany 6,0: Did well when he came on and caused some problems for the Napoli defense.
Roberto Mancini 6,0: Started with Nagatomo and Icardi instead of Telles/JJ and Jovetic. Did everything he could in the 2nd half to draw. Should’ve subbed Jojo on earlier.
Orsato 5,0: Nagatomo’s red card was extremely harsh. Otherwise it was an ok performance.
Inter 6,5: In the toughest away game of the season it’s ok to lose with so much bad luck as Inter did today. Should’ve started better and avoided the second goal.

We loss the point/s, but this team get a morale boost and recognition (at least from their own fans), this game will prove valuable in the long run as long as they can maintain the enthusiasm.
I’m totally amazed see how people realize so fast and without doubt saying that icardi isn’t fit with our system after what he did last season, compare with our reaction to kova or even jj issue.
I dont see naga, guarin, and rano in inter shirt anymore. They are the symbol of the dark age of Inter.. we must get rid of them.
Always agree more with Siavoush on his gradings… Only a bit too kind to Telles. He should had been 5.5…
So in your logic Guarin was as good as telles. I would say that Siavoush is always generous with Guarin.
Guarin was bad, but not worse than Icardi, D’Ambrosio, or even Murrillo. Siavoush is not on the Guarin-hating bandwagon. Telles looked out of shape and offered nothing in attack… and in one occasion got burnt by Higuain. Although I’d choose his right leg over Nagashit…
Guarin-hating bandwagon.. what r u talking about. There is no hate in saying that someone is underperforming. Comparing Guarins game with murrillos deserve silence. U needed a magnifying glass to find guaro yesterday. Telles looked out of shaped…. U can’t be serious mate.
Murrillo was on fault for both of the goals we received. But still he’s our best option to start next to Miranda. Additionally, I’d be worried if he was 28+. There are some folks that no matter how Guarin and Rannochio perform they’d hate on them, don’t deny it.
Telles offered no help to Perisic on attacks… There should be a reason that shitty Nagatomo was proffered to him, at least if Mancio is sane there should be a reason!

Guarin and Perisic 5.5, compared to Murillo 5.5, Icardi and D’Ambrosio 5 is very interesting point of view!

Mancio’s starting XI was shit and we paid the price for it; so how could you give him 6?
first yellow for nagatomo was refree mistake…second is clear…but never mind…except red card, his reactio on first gol was rediciolus…cant understand why we played with naga on left back when we have jj an telles…if we played with nagatomo on right, i am ok with this manccio selection because on this side we dont have more options (for me dumbrosio was second worst against napoli) otherwise, we played great game…brozo must be starter, guarin on bench(kondo or melo in), and jojo instead of icardi…ljajic the best last two games (when he become starter)
we have to get rid of these players in winter mercato : Icardi( he is useless right now and we still can get 40 mil for him ), Guarin, Nagatomo, Vidic. We can get over 50 mils .
with all that money(or even more ) we have to bring a right back ( Fabinho for example), a creative midfielder/regista ( Pirlo and/or Sensi ), a winger( Feghouli since Candreva is unsellable) and maybe a ST. But we have to keep playing 4-3-3

pirlo or sensi wont cut it tbh. if we were to sell icardi i would rather buy someone like gundogan(someone who can organize attacks isn’t that creative) or someone like nuri sahin and a rightback.

Telles played great when he came on our defence is sorted apart from right back. After seeing brozovic yesterday made me realise how he has improved so much and he is ready to become very good mid alongside medel and kondogbia( needs a bit of time). Our attack is very good with lots of options, icardi needs to hold up the ball to try and get fellow attackers in the game everyone else is good. I think we are being a bit harsh on perisic I personally think he is great because what he can do on the field no one else can good speed, great stamina, tracks back all the time, provides great width, good crosses into the box and soon he will start to score goals. He needs a bit of time with him on the pitch fellow attackers can express themselves freely.

I didn’t agree with your ratings in the last two matches but this one is pretty good, I agree with the ratings. Imagine if we had Telles instead of Nagatomo, we could be first place. It was a clear change when Nagatomo was off pitch, we even played better 10v11.
