In today’s paper edition of Corriere dello Sport the newspaper analyzes yesterday’s Coppa Italia match between Inter and Napoli.
“Mancini is right, there is nothing to do. The matches are won by playing short passes and keeping it low, however, less than the opponents. In Naples, it went like this: three shots on goal for Inter in ninety minutes, 2-0 Jovetic and Ljajic (assist by JoJo), qualification to the semi-finals of the Italian Cup and tonight we will know if this ruthless Inter will be facing Juventus or Lazio. The argument is that Napoli lost the game when Sarri put in Hamsik and it was just a mistake to give the Slovak time as it came via the action of the first Inter goal. Yet, when Napoli had the game in their own hands (for an hour), it was weighing the absence of quality of their best performers.”
