Since Walter Sabatini’s situation at Roma isn’t clear, seeing how Roma’s season is going, the capital club is thinking about getting a new sporting director for the next season. According to Tuttomercatoweb one of the favorites to replace Sabatini is the former Inter director Marco Branca. Branca, who played for Inter before he became a director at the club, was also active as a player for Roma. According to Tuttomercatoweb this could favor his return to the club as director, just as it did at Inter.

Oriali was great but Branca… he was simply just a joke, spending money on no-names hopeing they would turn into the next big thing! Ausillo isn’t really spending on the great players he get in, he simply gets them on loan and then signs then later on or ships them off if they turn out not to be Inter material, not THAT’S sound business practice!!
