For 35 I would sell as well – he was a monster until around Christmas then he became much more “human” and comitted a lot of mistakes, but he has gotten his shit together (like the rest of the team; Broso, Medel, Perisic, Ljajic hell even D’amrbos is playing all right) but still; 35 mil for a defender is a lot! and we could bring in Dragovic I guess for half of that and invest the rest of the money in the team!

no, biglia is the one we need, he is a rare kind of a player he can pass and defend there is almost no one like him in the world football, we have a problem getting the ball forward with accurate passes, we have players that can defend like medel but we need someone that can give deadly balls to our forward and defend at the same time if we had him this season we would be first

Banega is the poor man’s biglia. Having said that, Banega’s passes are way better than Biglia’s. Banega is a type of player who passes and the move progressively with the team. On the other hand, Biglia tends to sit back and admires his passes. Pretty similar to Carrick. Biglia is, however, way better defensively. But defending from the midfield isn’t a big problem for us.

Good points. But Biglia would be 15-20M and Banega free. I would anyday pick Banega and invest the money on Berardi or a good RB.
Now that I think of it, Banega Biglia is a perfect midfield 2. Very complete set of skills. I still think we should just invest in Banega just because of his lower price.
