He’s a pretty good additional for our team actually. And pretty cheap as wel. But I do prefer us to spend for a real quality fullback. As vrsaljko has already joined atl. Madrid, I really hope bruno peres can join us.even though he’s quite expensive probably around 20-30 mill region. But he’s really is a real deal, we need a fullback which resembles maicon, who can be count for attacking phase. Not to mention juve got alves, we have to get bruno peres.
No he’s not. Cheap is cheap and that’s what we’ve been doing for the last five years.
ansaldi is a much better player than peres. peres relies on his pace alot and is average defensively(we had a few of them before, naga, jonny) . while ansaldi is a very capable player. he plays on both sides and even on the midfield at times. he is better with the ball and defensively also.
Don’t get me wrong, but you have an avi with Melo, ofc you consider Ansaldi a good player.
he isn’t that bad our fullback are horrible he is def an upgrade
Yes ansaldi is better in defense, but bruno also is better in attacking. Indeed, technically speaking ansaldi is more balance (attack & defense). But I do think that we need an explosive fullback who will make opponent very wary if he’s going forward. It will make space to other forward and also could create quick counter attack just like we did under mou. Just look at maicon and alves both are not really good in defense, but a tremendous help in attack.
no one will be maicon, and rube got one hell of a player in dani alves, I just watched him in copa and he has massive energy even at that age
