It doesn’t matter who coaches this team the biggest issue has been the same for the last 5 years and that is “the annual January collapse” It happened with Mancini, Mazzarri, strama, Ranieri (Benitez quit before it happened) and Gasperini never made it that far……..how the heck is it possible that in the last 5 years the team chokes in January ? fix this issue and inter may have a shot at Europa League next season otherwise you can forget placing top 3 again this season !

The problem after his resignation is finding a coach who wants to work for a short period, since our management really intend to bring Simeone back (maybe next year). De Boer is my fav, but it’s unfair to hire him for 1 yr only especially if things are going well with him.
I think Simeone is still plenty of time to go to Inter, so we must get rid of Mancio first, bring his replacement, De Boer maybe.. If we Suceed, keep him for 1-2 years after that bring Simeone to this club. It’s okay I think.

Would De Boer be a good manager? He and Leonardo seem like the only options if Mancini does leave, which I would be okay with because it doesn’t seem like he is giving effort anymore.
De Boer is a squad builder especially with young players. He is a defensive minded coach but not the same as Mancini, more in ball possesion. “If you have the ball than the opponent cannot score” principe. He will build a balanced squad with a good possesion game and attacking game in a old school decent Dutch style with 4-3-3 formation. Fast pressure , high ball circulation and attacks through the flanks with midfielders linking up from the midfield to attack.
Seems like a decent coach, at least we would have an identity instead of flip-flopping between formations all season long.

mancini’s CV is more impressive, he won titles in the past and he has serie a experience, therefore he is the best coach for us!!! (who cares if our gameplay looks like a fresh pile of bullshit and our team has absolutely no identity)

Having watched inter-PSG and this inter is not ready for serie A. And yes we missed Brozovic ,Perisic and Icardi but we couldn’t manage to play decent possesion game or create chances against a B-Side PSG. The tactics, its just unbalanced. Its the same boring display as previous years. No sign of improverment. It is worrying. Rannochia and Nagatomo are not the players that bring inter to next level. Seeing inter play , although, preseason, is hurting my eyes. At least we can learn something form Leicester city in terms of organisation and teamwork. Something needs to happen. I see just no progess.
I will add two more points:
– Not being effective in making sub. Always very late.
– We have no clue in working as a team since RM kept rotating everything. Players were like headless chicken when plan A didn’t work because there were no such a plan B and plan C. Last year we gave up many points especially against weaker teams because of these two points.

signing Yaya/zabarreta/melo with multi-years high wages contract is just absorbing our limited resources under FFP, and hurting us in the coming years. you will see more talents force to be sold because of FFP or not enough chance in team, if we getting all mancio requested.
Well we better have someone better than the likes of Leonardo as manager if he does step aside because currently our squad has only a slim chance of getting a champions league spot as it stands in my opinion.
