Gazzetta dello Sport report Inter are in the lead to land Gabigol from Santos. The forward who is currently at the Olympics with Brazil and scored in their most recent fixture has multiple parties interested in him but a decision isn’t expected to be made until after the conclusion of the games. While the Olympics run their course, the 1996 born forward will weigh up his options and choose what’s best for him. Inter have agreed a 25 million fee with Santos for the player but the transfer may not be completed until the January mercato, to allow him to try achieve domestic success and leave on a high.

Sounds like a dream (missing fullbacks ofcourse), I’m curious how would this midfield work.
Looks very weak defensively.
I’d prefer to play a more tight midfield and have Perisic and Candreva do alot of defensive work on the wings.

Honestly that formula makes the most sense for everyone. He wants to finish the season with Santos and we have a crowded attack that would most likely require Eder to leave in January. I hope he picks us because he has the potential to be a superstar. We have plenty of quality and experienced players to win now. It would send an important signal from Suning to fans and everyone that we are serious about bringing Inter back to the Top in the present and future. So far, they haven’t done us wrong.
I’d rather get rid of Jovetic than Eder tbh.
Eder is hardly a great player, but atleast he has scored consistently in recent seasons, while Jovetic has done jack for 3 seasons now and is injury prone.
The player who impressed me the most in this brazil olympic team so far is Luan.. But he seems Barca bound anyway. G. Jesus is horrible and I’m glad City got him instead of us. Gabigol wasn’t bad in the three games I saw but not exceptional either.. He surely has potential tho but Luan has impressive technique.
Thiago Maia has been good as well, though he only played in the first two games.
He would actually be a good buy for Inter, will likely become a class DM in the future.
Gabriel Barbosa from what i saw is not so bad, but he’s one footed player and this could be huge problem when he faces italian defenders! I honestly think that he’s big gamble for 25 million euros!
one footed players…..Messi, Maradona, Stoichkov, Vieri.. to name a few. Yeah,we’d take any of them lol
I would love to see gabriel santos (is the name correct) the left back. His cross was amazing. Every movement in the attack always create havoc in Denmark defense. I’m not sure about him defensively though..
