Inter Milan captain and striker Mauro Icardi has refused another offer from Napoli with only a few weeks before the start of the transfer window. According to Manuele Baiocchini, a deal worth 60 million Euros was rejected, in which it could be the final deal that Napoli will try to offer, despite the Argentine saying that he will not leave the club, nor does the club want to get rid of him.
He is expected to sign a new contract with the club that is worth an estimated 5 million euros.

A simple translation went wrong.
The offer was addressed for Inter who owned Icardi’s contract. Unlike most Brazilian who play at Brazil League, Serie-A Player has no interest/rights in his contract. Not that I know of, at least.
