So a new season has begun at Inter after a chaotic summer where Mancini left and the team’s captain and his agent/wife tried to bully their way out of the club. How did it start? About as good as you could expect if you replace the tactically careful Roberto Mancini with Frank De Boer who’s only ever coached Ajax in the Dutch Eredivisie at senior level. A complete disaster and we’re only 1 game into the season…
Many people will argue that it’s time to take a deep breath and give De Boer some time to develop the team and it will all come together. There are two problem’s with that line of reasoning. The first and probably the most important one being, that Inter have no time to give. This season Inter MUST finish in the top three as the club’s finances cannot afford another year outside of the Champions League. Also, Roma, Napoli, Juventus and to some extent Fiorentina are all teams who are into year 2 or 3 of their projects with a rejuvinated Milan destined to involve themselves in the European places as well. Secondly, if Inter had lost tonight but had done so after Frank De Boer had actually stuck to what he’s said in all previous press conferences, namely that he wont make swift changes and instead try to grow into the team and vice versa, then there would be no cause for worry.
However, that’s not what happened tonight. Frank De Boer decided to field a Ajax/Barcelona inspired 3-3-1-3 tiki taka formation using Danilo D’Ambrosio and Yuto Nagatomo as wing-backs, together with Andrea Ranocchia in the middle of defense, whilst benching a match-fit in form Ivan Perisic and playing two unfit, sluggish, out of form wingers in Candreva and Eder, leaving Mauro Icardi more isolated than a Guantanamo Bay detainee up front.
Just let that sink in for a minute: Yuto Nagatomo as Jordi Alba or Juan Bernat, Danilo D’Ambrosio as Dani Alves or David Alaba, Andrea Ranocchia as Gerard Pique or Mehdi Benatia with Eder as Neymar or Douglas Costa, Antonio Candreva in Lionel Messi’s or Arjen Robben’s role and Mauro Icardi to emulate the movement of Luis Suarez or Robert Lewandowski. Because the only teams that have played/play 3-3-1-3 in world football recently have been famously FC Barcelona and Bayern Munich, with the latter club having been coached by Pep Guardiola who is another famous coaching scholar of the Ajax/Barcelona Tiki taka philosophy.
No matter what your philosophy is, you don’t need to be a tactical genius to understand that this tactic does not in ANY way suit Inter, and the players that are currently in the squad. Notice, that so far nothing has been mentioned about the fact that Gary Medel wasn’t used as a central defender, despite having played in both a 3 and a 4-man defense with Chile with great success too, as he’s been an integral part of Chile winning the Copa America 2 years in a row after having twice beaten Argentina in the final who hosted Gonzalo Higuain, Lionel Messi, Angel Di Maria, Sergio Aguero and Ever Banega.
So is it all Frank De Boer’s fault? Of course not. Inter have Chinese owners and a very famous Chinese Proverb reads “A fish rots from the head down.” The decision to let Roberto Mancini leave the club 10 days before the season starts and replace him with his polar opposite tactically, and leave that replacement a team that’s been built for Mancini is the management’s fault. No if’s and’s or but’s about it. Furthermore, hiring Frank De Boer and expecting him not to play his brand of Ajax/Barca football is as Zlatan Ibrahimovic wrote in his autobiography like “buying a Ferrari and driving it like a FIAT.” Or simply put, and I use this term seriously, the very definition of the word stupid.
Frank De Boer has two paths he can go down rom here. Either continue with his Ajax model and be out of a job before Christmas as Inter will most definitely continue to lose badly, or to do what he said he would do, slowly try to adapt the team to him and vice versa, at which point Inter could have a decent season. Irrespective of what he decides to do, the uncertainty that surrounds the club is anything but good and this could mean that Inter-fans find themselves looking ahead to the following 2017-2018 season, as early as in mid-September 2016.

I personally think the core issue is with the midfield trio.
(1) Medel is sooo deep-lying close to our defenders and all his passes are backwards. OK he’s supposed to support the defence line but if you don’t apply pressure or pass forward then what’s the point?
(2) Kondogbia: better than last year in keeping the ball and trying to move it forward. He still looses focuses at parts of the game and you feel like he forgot all about positioning and pressuring Chievo’s ball holder.
(3) Still early to evaluate Banega but our midfield seriously needs to speed and work as a group. Whatever three we throw in the field if they don’t stay close for passing and move the ball quickly we will always be predictable.
I have nothing to say more on our full backs, lost hope long time ago on seeing Naga/Dambro sending a proper cross or making a smart dribble inwards. I just hope De Boer can utilize them defensively to give more freedom for the midfielders to attack. They’re probably the main source of creativity in the team, with Perisic and Candreva’s sprints we might be up to something this season.
the real mistake is not the team but managements decision to go with a coach with no serie a experience. Any serie a coach would study the tapes and know what to expect from the opposition and de boer thinks it’s holland still ….this is italy! any team can win at any given moment. I see no reason why Prandelli should not have been a coach of this team. He brings discipline, hard work, a focus on fitness and tactics and he gets the best out of his players. Let me guess, another long reason for you guys right ? well what do you expect! if ausilio sees the cracks in the foundation (aka defense) and doesn’t repair them then eventually they will just open up and flood the basement…..
Nah, if we hired prandelli and he turned out to be suck you will make another statement, inter should hire bla bla bka, fuck u, Get The Fuck Out from here
don’t get upset at me for this loss….it’s not like you lost to a last place and broke Parma 2-0 right !!
De Boer’s hands were tied, its not like he wanted to field these players at the back, but they were available. lets see…
Santon – “only” failed 2 medicals in the past weeks, surely he is in good shape…
Andreolli – recovering from torn achilles
Murillo – suspended
Yao – very young with only Serie B experience
Ansaldi – injured
Erkin – nope…
(Medel – theres a reason he didnt play as a CB with Mazzarri, mancini aswell… also, no real option for the midfield without him, melo is garbage AND constant danger to his teammates, Gnoukouri havent played for over a year basically beside friendlies, Brozovic is out of form/keeping him safe from injuries cause most likely will be sold)
so before more of the “Either continue with his Ajax model and be out of a job before Christmas as Inter will most definitely continue to lose badly” rants, lets see how this team looks like 11vs11, not 7/8vs11 like last night.this was a small taste of the apocalypse awaits if our squad has these kind of rotation players, the management got 10 days to strengthen the team, lets hope for the best and keep supporting the team like we always do
i hate to remind you but if your argument is “lets see how this team looks like 11vs11, not 7/8vs11 like last night” then that is a poor excuse that only a provincial team would give. Inter plays on 3 fronts and if they have no bench to rely on then dont expect big things from this team.
yep, we dont have a bench to rely on for years, theres nothing new there, but that doesnt mean our theoritical best starting 11 shouldnt do better than the one we saw last night, including the “mighty trio of mediocrity” donating goals to the opponent
Who watched pescara vs napoli? Was caprari doing good? Scored his 1st goal there
HAIL INTER S LORDS, LONG LIVE LORD NAGATOMO, LORD MELO, LORD RANO, LORD DUMBO, LOLL
Erkin became a Lord before even playing an official game.. That is some super lordish shit lol
Lolll, can we give titled someone lord even when he doesnt play yet, lmaooo
Lool I think we just did if we really about to sell him already and the fact that the samurai is still starter means Erkin must truly suck balls
Well, you have a good point there, so it is OFFICIAL Lord Caner Erkin join the team, loll
still, the king of lords is absent, thanks Lord …. mancio the great !
people blame Branca for these lords but i don’t see anyone blaming Ausilio for the contract extensions !!
I heard rano is making massive improvements
.
.
.
in his apartment.
No way, the only improvement he would have is his retardation, lolll
it was done as soon as he was born.
irreparable!
why in inter, dear God ???
take him to enjoy grass at the pitch somewhere else … there is so much nice grass around.
Nah, to be fair he is not retard when he was in genoa, just mentally weak player, the bullies and abuse from the fans make him shit and shittier
And that is why he should go back to a mid level team where the is no pressure. Just think about, he gets paid 3M to be the worst defender of Inter in recent times. Disgusting
The best part of it we extend his contract, lollll
Hahahahaha and the samurai too, FML. He should have some honor and do the hara-kiri
I heard inter will try to sign sissoko, jesus, we will add another soon to be Lord there lollll
Unbelievable, Sissoko has no creativity, something we desperately need along with reinforcement in defense. Wtf is management doing ??
The problem is he is on and off guy, one moment world clas, the next moments dissapeared
when inter had creativity ???
mou took sneider to make something in that sense and… BINGO !
lack of creativita is cronic inter disease, they only take hard working horses, but …. football is A GAME, FUN and IMAGINATION; not only running and tackling !
Guys is it only me or it seems Handa has lost his hunger and grinta ?? He seems like he’s just doing the minimum without trying to much. Honestly after all this time, having the same dumb fucks playing in front of him, Im not sure I can blame him if he doesn’t care anymore.
Yeah, just look at the 2nd goal. He seems lazy to catch the ball
he always must TRY AND FLY to prevent scoring goal !!!
watching how rival scores the goal is for fans.
There was another shot in first half that passed right next to the post and he just looked at it the same way. Good thing it wasn’t on target.
Lolll, i think he will bring a chair in next match, with sunglasses and coctail in his hand lolll
he should leave and let perin shine in inter. go to city bench, handaviću bolan nebio !
He is upset . There must be something happen inside the club.
Please someone answer me, this site is only for “true” interista or for the frustated interista too?
True interista are very frustrated right now and they should be. 5 years of watching Ranoshit and Nagashit can make one loose his mind, 5 fuckin years !!!! I am very very very angry since yesterday. I’ll give FDB more time but a coach who plays those two together needs to review his understanding of football..
Calma mate, calma, i have spare rope for you, i will send it to you if you really want, lolll
I mean wtf, we have too many LORDS in this team, fuck this shit, i begin to doubt ausilio is a very good ds, tired with this shit
Lol it’ll pass dont worry and next weekend we’ll be back in front of the TV to cheer for Inter against Palermo.. But for now I’m still angry after what I witnessed last night
That means you are in the early stage of anger mate, i even laughed in my anger, lollll, still not blame de boer for that, i blame the management for this shit
This article is absolutely horrible and contains many wrong informations..
#ManciniOut
#FuckYouMancini
LOL
C’mon let’s be fair guys, even Mourinho, Pep or Ancelotti would be struggling with the defensive line consists of Dumbrosio – Nagashit – Crapnocchia. Putting them into 3 back formation and high defensive line will always trigger more catastrophic disaster as their football IQs are well below average. Too bad FDB was overconfidence about their IQs. You can also see Handanovic’s body language that he wasn’t very calm with them on the pitch. He knows very well that his defensive teammates are suck.
Handanovic be like, what have i done to deserve these line of backs, lolll
That is why, without attacking FDB cuz it’s his first official game and I’m gonna give him time, I’m asking myself did he even watch previous games. I mean even my 4 year old nephew knows those three are useless and should never play together. Maybe one at a time we could manage but all three is suicide.
Haha..its happen again. Start with strama, mazzari, mancio n now de boer. When we won a game we like become strongest team in europe. But when we lose, we start fucking everyone. Its make me wondering, have you guys ever give real support to inter?as far as i see, its only bashing, mocking inter all the time. The players, the coach, the management, you guys really make rube fans jobless
so true.. LOL..
For an example, so tell me what kind of REAL supports that you have given to Inter, dude? Buying original shirt? watching them at Meazza? or just streaming the game from the internet? Ask yourself before questioning other fans’ love and passion to Inter.
Well even if you just watching streaming the game, it still consider as kind of support. I just dont know how bashing n mocking team you love can even consider as kind of support?i ask many times, whats the different between inter fans n rube fans if they keep saying the same things bout inter?if you go to other sites, rube or neutral sites youll see one thing in common: everybody laughing at us.
Of course they are laughing at us, if you become shitty you deserved to be laughing stock,
And myself becomes laughing stock for many years now, so i cant say fuck rano, melo naga even after they embarassed me?
Well im not blame them, its their job to bashing, mocking, joking, laughin at us. They pray for it, they wait it for a decade, hoping us falling. Its normal its their job. But what should we do as inter fans?laughing with them for laughin at us?
So, keep supporting all the jokers like all the lord is your solution? Hell no, fuck them
How can you support inter but not support players?do you think bonucci will defends for us?are you cheers if totti make hatrick even if its give nothing good for inter?cmon like it or not theyre the one who fight (or at least play) for us. If you cant stand with it, you just need to leave it, wait til the glory or world class player came then you can come back to support inter.
No matter how low our level, ill never say fuck to inter, or everything that relates to inter.
Man, shut the fuck up and keep your idealism to your fuckin self, i cant have your idealism shit because i have enough shit in our lords player, okay? Just shut the fuck up if you cant stand the way i support inter
You should shut your own mouth. If you want make something funny bout my team you should go to rube forum, melon sites, or at least neutral ones. I wont bother you. If you dont like inter, you should keep it for yourself, or share it with your family, or your rube friends out theres not here. Its inter site dude. Like i said before, if you hate inter now, you can be madrid fans, city, united, barca, munchen or even rube fans temporary n leave this forum. Once inter bcome great again ill tell you.
Man, shut the fuck up, no one here is obliged to follow what you say, the defenition of true interista is not made by you, so shut the fuck up and keep your fans idealism to yourself,
As interista i will defend it colours from anyone that mocking my team. Now tell me what your definition of true interista?someone who bashing, mocking, fuckin every bad moment come?
Calma, calma, i am not mocking inter, i was just mocking Inter Lords, no normal people can defend someone like naga, rano, if you can, good for you, but dont force me to do the same
I honestly expected a draw in this game, since Inter has a history of drawing many opening games of the season. But definitely not a loss (hasnt happened since 00-01).
Like ive already said before, sacking Mancini took away what little chance Inter had of getting back in the CL for 17/18. Not because Mancini is a great coach, but because its Mancini’s team. Even if FDB can implement his tactical style and be succesful, then it will take a long time. He said it himself, that he expects the “real” Inter to show up after christmas…
So forget the CL (again….) and get used to inconsistent performances where both coach and players will seem clueless at times, due to needing to adapt, especially in the first half of the season. Hopefully there will be a clear sign of progress.
Its yet another transitioning year, deal with it.
Isn’t this website supposedly pro-inter website? why does it reminded me of goal.com? author, please be more neutral. you can write comment like “ps. i think bla bla bla” but don’t think you should make a whole article for shaming the team.
your article is waaaaaaaay too biased. 🙁
Interesting, I thought they played in 4-2-3-1 system, instead of 3-3-1-3 last night.
We all know, Inter never fit with the 3 backline. Just stop it. I still remember those days with Mazzari and the day when Fio destroyed us last season.
I agree that playing the first game of the season with 3-3-1-3 is a suicide!
Mancini was careful enough tactically at the beginning of season.
We were led to believe that Mancini built a strong defence at the start then the attacking part later which was never been worked properly.
Hopefully FDB got his lesson from this match.
However (just my comment though), If FDB wants to play 3-3-1-3,
Then the back 3 should be Trio-M. Miranda in between Murillo-Medel.
(and we need good back-ups. Ansaldi, Andreoli, probably from the youngster. It might be interesting if we can add Garay)
As discussed above, this system needs strong wing-backs. We all know we don’t have any. Yet realistically, Candreva should be strong at the Right and Erkin/Criscito or Ansaldi or someone else at the Left.
Kondo or Luis Gustavo as DM/CM. Don’t get me wrong, I hate Melo since the days he was in Rube, but he can be a back-up at this position. Just as a sub and as destroyer when the team in a leading score.
Banega/J. Mario as AM or Playmaker or the number 10.
Then the trio upfront should be MI9, Perisic and Eder/Gabigol. They won’t be as the trio of Barca/Bayer, but Perisic and Eder are pacey enough when they are 100% fit. Gabigol is a winger right? and don’t forget about Biabiany. As far as I know, FDB likes pacey winger who can take one on one against opponent defender.
In my opinion, yes, those player nowhere near trio barca/bayer but should be enough for seri-A. If we can qualify for CL next season, then we can talk about better winger that FDB should buy.
I’m looking forward for the next watch.
I won’t judge FDB til 8-9 matches.
It is still Pain in the ass, remembering we were already talking about scudetto in the first half of last season, and we ended up nothing, just bullying, and judging each other.
They started out with a back 4, but changed it to a back 3 with about 15 minutes to go (playing D’Ambro as RCB…).
It was an all together idiotic tactical change and the second goal came right after.
you want melo for this and i quote “Just as a sub and as destroyer when the team in a leading score” so he can get a red card and the opposition can tie up the game ? not a good idea…..
LMAO
Sempreinter journalists still cryin for Mancini
it’s not.. he just point out our management mistake to change coach 10 days before the season start and leaving the boer with no time to build his own team.. mancini already have a different vision from the club early in june.. we should settle thing there.. but instead the management seems to wait for the “right” moment to did this.. no body can blame de boer.. it’s unfair to him.. and who the fuck judge a team just from one game.. at least we should wait until next season..
First of all, i will asking all interisti to be patient and stop judging after one or few games! It’s unbelievable how after one good game we think that we’re the best in the world and after one bad that the season is over! Second, the coach and the players have to take the responsibility and stop accusing the management! Is there anybody who belive that Chievo have better players than us, even with Ranocchia, D’ambrosio and Nagatomo on the field? In that case we have to be able to beat them, without excuses! We’re still under UEFA Financial Fair Play strict restrictions and can’t pay 35 plus millions for left back like Richardo Rodriguez. Let alone if he will want to come in team who wasn’t played in Champions league last, how many, five seasons? The management give their best to give Mancini as many as possible players that he insist, but he continued to act like spoiled kid and force them to fire him two weeks before the start of the season! After those bitter defeat, I hope that De Boer was realised that Serie A is not Dutch championship, you can’t underestimate your opponent and waiting him to lose by himself! He made some too obvious mistakes and have to learn from them. I don’t understand this strange excuse, that he use 3-5-2 or some kind of variation on that, because physical problems of the players, even if none of those players wasn’t familiar with that scheme! How 3-5-2 help physical condition better than 4-2-3-1 for example? He doesn’t have to try changing the schemes and the way we play too fast, because such big change needs time, otherwise cause big confusion in the players like last night! Have to be executed step by step and on the beginning he can use schemes that are more familiar with the players from Mancini. Anyway, why on earth when we know that Chievo doesn’t have tall central forward and don’t use many crossings doesn’t put Medel as partner to Miranda, instead of Ranocchia? When we have to attack, especially in first 60 minutes, because of physical condition don’t use Erkin on the left instead of Nagatomo, he at least can make some cross to Icardi? Where the hell was his famous high pressing, because we all know that Chievo are well organised in defense and will be extremely hard for us to score when we start our attacks deep from our half? Why he benched Perisic, when is obvious that he is our most dangerous winger and was well known that tight Chievo defense can be unlocked through the wings? Why he doesn’t change this strange 3-5-2, even when was obvious that doesn’t work? I’m sure that there’s more questions and it’s obvious that De Boer will need time to adapt to Serie A, but his staff must provide him better preparation!
Wow, you must be tired writing all this man, i just see the comment not even read it yet, makes me tired though, lolll
Keep up the good work man
Man, i am calm, if i am not i will be preparing my rope now, lolll
Well, the team and the coach now have one hole week to prepare for the next game- a home game against Palermo, then we´ll get a two weeks break to work in afterwards and these 3 weeks with a game in between should be enough for the coach to get the teams physical levels back on track AND to get to know the players strengths and weaknesses!
Hey, and maybe we´ll secure some quality players in between to help out the team – Criscito, J.Mario and Sissoko are all very welcome!
Best case scenario we’ll get one of Joao Mario and Sissoko. We won’t get both. Sissoko is only Mario’s alternative.
Mancio hater preparing something like deboerouuutt# and fuckdeboer account now, lolll
damn i didn’t get to see the game but still not willing to say a complete disaster after one game in charge.
you’re lucky then.. but to be fair what can you expect from a coach that don’t even have time to build his own team.. just chill and keep supporting the team is the best thing we can do for now..
Nah, preparing good rope and good spot to hang myself is the best thing, lolll
Lol but i completely agree. How can i say i supposrt something and give up after the first fckn game.
Did we look better than last yr at least? Lol
sad to say.. with perisic on the bench we almost did nothing in attack.. and in defense with rano, naga and dumbrosio, you already know what miranda and handa have to deal with.. and in 2nd half with 3-5-2 then you know we’re fuck up badly.. LOL.. many wrong decision in that game.. but positive thing to learn was de boer at least use his sub at 60 minute in the game.. hahaha
Lolll, the only silver lining, lmaooo
Is he a journalist or one of the fans. I agree to some degree but he should be ore professional, he Writes the articles nd we share Comment for a reason
Everybody STOP blaming De Boer. This is not his fault. Blame the management for this disaster. This team are so far behind physically. They will always crumble in second half. Why were half the team in US while almost all our big players were in Milano training alone? The full team barely had any training together as Handa said in interview. Medel is not matchfit, Candreva is not, Banega is not, Eder is not. If your oppenants have mutch more matchfitness than you they will beat you, even if they are serie B team. So blame the management for fucking up the whole pre-season and then getting a new coach less than 2 weeks from the serie A start.
Who blames de boer? For younwho blamed de boer fuck you!!! You think this is Football Manager, ha?? You think it is so easy to manage a team that you just know, why dont you make deboerout# campaign or fuckdeboer account, fuck you
Fuck you too man. Go get your frustration over someone else. I blame him for choosing Ranocchia instead of Medel at the back. That is his fault. Everybody has their blame. Even the players. But most of the blame goes to the management. I didnt said i want De Boer out.
Ok, fuck accepted, but still fuck you, loll
Oh i see, you are one of thoose. My bad.
Can we sell perisic, banega, miranda, handa now? It is a shame for us to drag good players like them in this muddy shit,
LOL.. we need them badly.. ^^
For you all keep blaming inter for the signing of erkin and ansaldi, it is because of inter was poor at that time and already set themselves to buy cheap fb and use the money to buy midfielders, and for you keep asking for bruno peres, he has set his mind to go to roma, so for you keep whining about his price is irrelevant, because that happens because he go to roma not inter, the one keep making me angry why the fuck Lord Rano, Lord Naga, Lord Dumbro and Lord Melo keep playing in same team, it is a tragedy, no skill no passion no grinta, just mediocre player running all around the pitch, fuck them and fuck ausilio for renewing ranoshit and nagashit, and for you who dont agree with me fuck you too!!!
Nah, many of us expected this shitty start, dont exaggarate it nima, when deboer say he would play ranonono that certainly a sign, right? Lolll
These all clearly management fault, we know that inter lack on the back, we need reinforce on that part. Roma got Bruno peres only 13M when we are busy chasing gabigol and joao Mario. This inter never learn, the same mistake always repeated year after year. Maybe we should revise our target from CL to not relegated and start cleaning after the season end 🙁
Well, the quality of the squad itself is not as good as in Inter Treble season. At least, it seems that FdB know what kind of football style that he want to play. And he did not seems afraid to implement it.
The squad right now is for mancini, if fdb come earlier erkin, candreva, even banega should never come, rannochia, nagatomo, d’ambro, melo, medel even icardi should had been offloaded. I’m thinking keita balde more suit to fdb tactic compared to candreva
I have a respond for this, in regard to our management decision to have a mutual contract termination with Mancini, just 10 days before the championship. Here is my argument.
I think this management move motive by their intention to avoiding
Mancini’s sack fee. We knew it right, when Mancini has been fired and we replace him with Mourinho. We still have to payed his salary before he went to Manchester City. At the end, the management has “succeed” to have a mutual agreement to stop the cooperation.
yes i see that, but it seem that the management is clueless and doesn’t have plan.
In my opinion, this is due to the management legacy whom seek for a legitimacy from Morratti. He is the one who culturally have a power in Inter. Thohir should have a guts to put his vision, otherwise it is better for him to leave.
banega and erkin was free.. with our financial status before sunning.. that’s a great deal.. the only problem with us, was we’re unable to sale our players..
Is there a ‘fuckDeBoer’ in the house ?….yet?
Or better still ‘fuckFrank’?
what can you expect from those people!?… guess what, if this continue just for 1 month you’ll see user name with “fuckdeboer” appear.. and they will call neutral fans as “de boer lover”… LOL.. they forget that the coach need time to work with his team.. let’s be fair.. de boer just have 2 weeks to prepare the team.. what can you expect from it. i already see it coming when i said the timing of changing coach was very wrong.. but i got accused as “mancini lover”.. now the same genius that want all this, is the one that complaining about this result.. LOL.. let’s give time for de boer to build his own team and system.. no need to panic from just one match.. FORZA INTER..
Nah, you are not mancio lover, you just support inter, there is a big difference between mancio lover and interista
of course i.m not.. ^^.. i just a fans with logical thinking… some of us are so emotional…. and love to bash everything..XD
You already know that, why feeling hurt because they say you are mancio lover, me too, i like bashing around, too many years become laughing stock anger me every time, dont blame de boer though, and i dont blame mancininbecause the tactic, i just blame him because he keep asking players after making mistakes in signing players, he acted like he didnt know that this inter is poor and cant do what he want to do, signing players every time
please read again.. i never blame de boer.. i said , be fair to de boer… he just have 2 weeks to prepare his team.. what can you expect from it!? give him time to build his own team.. and i never hurt from that “mancini lover” thing.. because i just LOL at them..
No, i want to say i dont blame de boer even we lose, i am sick with this shit, on paper we are a good team, instead of warriors we got pussies,
on paper never work mate.. this is a team’s sport.. we need every players to have the same wavelength with the coach.. and it’s need time for the players to understand the new system.. it’s not easy, especially if you only have 10 days and 1 pre season match.. so chill mate.. we already know that we will begin all over again from 0..
So when begin again project will end? We did it too many
ask our genius fans and our genius management that want all of this.. it’s already happen.. all we can do are, let de boer work.. at least untill next season to judge.. no point to judge a coach just base on one match, when you don’t even gave him time to prepare his own team..
I hope de boer is smart enough to kick rano ass out of the team, i watched the birsa 1st goal replay and i realise that if he is smart enough he can kick the ball out or block the shoot, fuck this ranoshit
bad news is he’s not easy to get rid of.. no team want to sign him permanently.. they just want to loan him.. LOL…
So, it is official, schelotto is more real man than ranoshit,
rano is a real man too.. mancini strip his captain ban, and throw him away to sampdoria last season, and nothing bad about inter and mancini coming out from his mouth.. the only problem with him is, he’s not good enough for us..
Yeah, he just mentally weak, after all the abuse and bully from the fans he becomes worse and worse, i think he is too soft to play football
our fans didn’t help as well.. i don’t know if they come to support the team or to mock the team sometimes.. it’s a shame to see them booing rano at the team presentation early in this season..
Nah, they just frustated interista like, i would do the same tough, lolll
Thats why i say rano is too soft to play the game
just because we’re frustated doesn’t mean it’s a right team to do though.. our team need our support in times like this..
Yeah, it is a shame that in this world there are more people like me instead of people like you, lolll
But for me we cant blame the fans, they are the one spending money and time to support the team, rano? Even we say shit about him he is still earning a alot money
no body force us to spend our money.. we do it because we love this team.. that’s it..
Of course, nobody force us to watch rano too, so we arent obliged to not booing him, loll
your logic is wrong there.. if no body force you to watch rano then, you don’t have the right to boo him.. just saying.. no offence.. LOL..
Man, i dont have logic, what i want to say is the one who pay to watch the team have freedom how to watch the game, if they are angry they can express it too, no need to consider rano s feeling to express the feeling, he is the one who need to answer the booing to improving his game instead become shittier, thats why i say he is too soft to play the game
who said you can’t be anggry.. even i, my self is anggry with rano.. but we should know the limit..
Sadly De Boer isn’t good coach. I always said, I agree with sacking mancini, but sacking the coach late before season start and replace him with someone unproven in serie A is unacceptable for the club like Inter
I’m all for fdb, u can see what type of football he wants to play, but I’ve been saying this for a while now medel kondogbia and melo are not able, who ever thinks kondogbia medel are good is in denial, please watch the game careful mistake after mistake, please get biglia Luis gustavo joao mario sissoko sow these pussyos medel kondogbia brozovic melo can look at real footballers, shit I’m getting frustrated year after year medel is good kondogbia will perform u will see he’s young fucking weak players. That midfield is dead.
Agree. I really don’t know why the management hire FDB.
To build Inter like Arsenal. I guess… Yet, I do agree, we got a good academy, and we can have a star from our homegrown. IF, FdB can control the fans expectation. This things cannot build up in one night.
As we know, we are in the process of transforming from patronage management to more modernize management. We cannot use a populist way as what Morratti did in the past. At least, that is how the system (FFP) has regulate us.
me personally dont expect inter pass to CL this season, I just wanna see inter play good like a normal big team..we are big team, right ?
In modern football, a big club is the one who are financially healthy or superior. The problem in Italian League is their slow progress on building the integrity of the league in their post-calciopoli era. Also their patronage management which hindering big capital to invest.
I see the management point in hiring FDB, they want to focus on youngster and fdb is the right coach for that. But the problem is their decision timing..fdb should come right after the season end so he got time to repair the squad. I’m pretty sure we will go nowhere with this squad, lucky for us if we are still in serie A next season
God I love when I’m right 😉
Top 3 finish was a must last year as well but i didn’t see it happening after spending 100m in transfers to get the players Mancini wanted. So we should stop attacking the coach after just one match. I am willing to wait until January(as FDB asked) before i criticize the coach. The coach has just 10 days on the team. Let that sink in. He needs time to learn the players. And Handa’s comments were an indicator of what the real problem is. Fitness levels. And it’s solely on management.
Regardless, FDB made some really poor choices in last night’s game but lets give him time. We’re still in week 1.
exactly. CL was a must last season with his holyness, since the new 3-year FFP cycle (2017-2019) is on the horizon, but who cares, lets try to put even more pressure on the new coach… 😀
Agree.. In 10 days, I can learn how to make an apple pie. LOL
do you guys remember what happen to rube last season?
just keep the faith in our beloved club..that we’re gonna do the same as rube did last season.
stop give a bad mouth about our own club…please
its begin irritating to read all your comments.. you just make us down.
Loll, the squad overall quality is so different, but i agree dont give bad mouth, enough is enough
Please stop giving chances for rannochia to play..
He won’t improve his skills anymore..
He is already stuck at mediocre level..
“The first and probably the most important one being, that Inter have no
time to give. This season Inter MUST finish in the top three as the
club’s finances cannot afford another year outside of the Champions
League. Also, Roma, Napoli, Juventus and to some extent Fiorentina are
all teams who are into year 2 or 3 of their projects with a rejuvinated
Milan destined to involve themselves in the European places as well.”
no time? we still have as long as 37 other fucking weeks because it’s just the first fucking week of the season. what kind of have no time are you talking about?
“Secondly, if Inter had lost tonight but had done so after Frank De Boer
had actually stuck to what he’s said in all previous press conferences,
namely that he wont make swift changes and instead try to grow into the
team and vice versa, then there would be no cause for worry.”
he already said in his post conference that he was forced to use that because of the team fitness level.
and you don’t need to be superbly genius to know that this first game, no matter what the result was, are nowhere near any indication of how the season will be going. rube’s first game last season? a ridiculous defeat at their own home
Yeah ok…Well continue to dream on…If u dont understand the “time consept” your in trouble my friend? You think De Boer gonna fix this on what?..3 games?…5 games?…10 games?. If we wanna be a CL team, we need to start win and that we need to do that right now! How many games u think Roma/Napoli will loose this year? Do u really think we can sit and wait for De Boer correct the problem in 10 games? Take of your fan-boy-glasses and see the problem?…as i did for 5 years ago…
Based on your logic, then it is better to bring all the Atletico Madrid squad with their coach to played for Inter, and tread them with the whole Inter squad + coach. Then we got a team that has been played together for years and understand their philosophy. That’s how you get an instant result.
Based on my logic…Your kinda right, we need more quality in the midfield and at the back, and yes…players that have played together for years are sure positive in that aspect…Why do you think Juve got the best defence in the world in IMO..? They know the player next to them..in and out…
Yes, they got beast trio and they have not changed their goalkeeper for years.
oh great, someone who knows “time concept” really well. then in your “time concept” rube should have been on serie b right now since they lost their first two games last season. oh and roma should have been far below us since when spalletti took over the team they couldn’t even beat verona on their own home and was even beaten by rube on his second game. or maybe look at how the “time concept” helped us last year?
for someone who should be a genius on “time concept”, you should know that a season consists of a long 38 games, not just a stupid 1 game. 3? 5? 10? who cares. i’m all in for him as long as there are definite improvement over the season
You make my day… Great comment!
Again; Good luck with your “time consept”…But let me ask you this mr “we got 38 games to fix this”..How many games du you think FDB needs to fix this? And how many games need FDB to get to know Serie A? ..i just wonder, since you clearly belive 100% in FDB…after all he has accompliched in football as a manager…I just would like to know… 🙂
great comment, and didn´t Napoli loose there first and second matches last year as well? I fainthly remember Maradone critizing the club and Sarri for not being good enough for Napoli!
Loosing is not the issue….infact i dont care about the result, but it is the way they loose…Sure all teams can loose the first match, even Napoli, but it’s mindblowing to see all these players preform at such a low level, that the must be something fundametally wrong…Yes, you can say FDB only had 10 days…but it’s also just 10 days ago Manchini was the manager.. So, thats why i am very nagative, and i saw the game against Tottemhan live, and a big fat no-no came quickly..You can see that there is something wrong…sooo wrong…
Didn’t see the game only highlights and I’ve read a lot about the game and you’re right; the players seemed to be running in slow-motion, but that could be down to what Ambrosio, Handa and De Boer said after and even before the game; we’re physically not ready eith. Many players haven’t got 90mins in them, which I think is extremely strange and I guess these only one to blame for this mess; Mancini who was in charge throw out Summer’s pre-seasons preparations!
Still; we got one week now to prepare, then a home-game against Palermo and then two hole weeks before the next game, and in these 3 weeks we should be able to get into top- condition!
God I love to post back when I can say “I told you”.. How was FDB working out for you?
sempreinter need more people like you
Why don’t we chk the facts?
1: De Boer only coach’ed Ajax at a senior Level. There is no certainties that time will fix the problem? Even if he gets the time, i’m still not sure if his experianced enough to take on Serie A. This takes alot of time, understading and studying….and Inter does NOT have time!!! That’s a fact!
2: I still belive we don’t have enough quality in this Inter to do great things. Defends is a total wreck!, how many goals have they consist in pre-season?..12-14? And that was even when Manchini still was coach? A guy that knows Serie A very well. So there goes the “De Boer needs more time” argument down the toilet..That’s a fact!
3: Midfield is at it’s best mediocre..There is still not enough speed, or idea’s. The creativity is lacking (even with Banega so far), and to me it seems like the ball kinda “stops” in the middle. The first 45 minutes vs Chievo was 45 minutes of pain! The ball just didnt go foreward? Thats a fact
4: Mentallity, physical fitness, awarenes and above all, the team is not there.
Only playing in my mind that actually holds CL-quality is Perisic..even Brosovic was “ok” when he came on last night. The Team-spirit is gone, they players don’t have the understanding of what the other are doing/trying to do. Thats a fact!
…so i think this will give us another shit season. De Boer need so much time, They players need some basic mentality, some basic understanding, but abow all: They need to play as a team. But this team needs clear ideas..they are simply not smart enough to do induvidual play..The quality is not there.
I think people need to face the facts, and stop the dreaming about CL, Inter needs a new beginning. We are so far behind the top teams in Serie A that to even dream about CL with this squad..well it’s just stupid!
I even questions if Inter will recover at all this season, this piss-poor start gives us so much bad self-confidence..not only the fans..But also the players, the staff, the management..And im not sure this team have what it take to recover..
One more main problem. The management are suck!
I totally agree ! Fuck Ausilio, Bollingbroke etc. !
Please take caner erkin and fuck the dumb turk off he is a cock sucker dog
De boer make up your mind what tactics inter are playing and buy the RIGHT PLAYERS to play said tactics,,, please don’t embaress our beloved inter by trying to play a barca type of tikki takka are you fucking stupid frank de boer this inter team can’t play fucking tikki takka ahhhaa haaaaha OMG YOU FUCK WIT D BOER and please make sure players a fit before you start them cause candreva is sooo un fit it was laughable as was brozovich while wtf is palacio still at inter he is a chump
Putting doubt in fans minds ha haaa well inter sure put lots doubt in my mind because tonight’s performance was horrible and it showed me something I already knew de boer knows, suning group have been told as well as seeing first hand that this inter team is a very unbalanced negative uninspired group of misfits with a ratio of 75% attacking players compared with a tiny 25% of defensive minded players a crazy statistic that begs the question why do we not have enough defender’s in our squad and the defenders we do have are defenders that we don’t even want like rennochia, d ambrosia, santon, nagashitcunt, erkin, ansmeldi HELLO MANAGEMENT WE DON’T WANT THESE SHITTY FUCK WITS!!!! _
This article brings a lot of negative atmosphere for the first match of the season. it’s like the end of the season. yes we lose, but we are still on game 1. And also we did not play that bad (if we do not look at the score). give him sometime and let see what will happen in the next 2 or 3 months.
We’re fucked from the beginning when we decided to change the coach in the late stage of the season preparation. No coach would do it wonder in that short period of time. Very very bad decision by the management. Fellow Inter fans don’t let your expectations high for 3 to 4 months unless the miracle happened.
I think this management move motive by their intention to avoiding Mancini’s sack fee. We knew it right, when Mancini has been fired and we replace him with Mourinho. We still have to payed his salary before he went to Manchester City. At the end, the management has “succeed” to have a mutual agreement to stop the cooperation.
I think De Boer will replicate a miracle once again!
Zanetti as Vice President. Has he any imput in decision making ? At least he knows about football not like the other fuckers.
spot on..
Still hoping for some signings
Dear author please stop putting doubt in the fans mind! You behave like this is the first time something like this ever happened. He just need to fully understand what he’s working with and add his players but fellow inter fans pleas don’t be disappointed if things don’t go as we all hoped at this time. But I do believe he can make us great again.
When? We need it to happen asap. If doesn’t, we’ll be out of CL again. And that is very very bad for our beloved club my friend.
we brought in de boer for immediate results. losing to chievo isnt a good start…. hes already fucking up
Boring Boring De Boer ! Thohir and Co. will regret letting Mancio go. They have’nt a clue about football.
Give him a break. Anybody (including you) can say whatever they want, especially after the performance last night. I’m partially agree with your opinion, but everyone is entitled to his/her own.
He is a journalist nd one of the fans. I agree to some degree but he should be ore professional, he Writes the articles nd we share Comment for a reason
Like i said i am partially agree with bajan and your opinion. Meaning adding fuel to the fire is not the best course of action to be taken by a “journalist” at present condition.
I strongly disagree with your opinion that the author should be more “professional”. This site isn’t even run professionally. Why ask for professionalism? and to be absolutely fair, this “article” is not even bad (by sempreinter standard of course lulz). The only problem with it is its angle (slightly skewed), of course that is acceptable as the author is also a disappointed Inter fan.
Hi guys,
Thanks for your feedback.
I feel I need to respond to some of the stuff you’ve written here, to clarify a few things.
1) This article is a post match Opinion piece, meaning it’s not news reporting so it will be based on my own personal opinions, to which I explain why I think the way I do, at least to the best of my ability. All opinion pieces are therefore “slightly skewed”.
2) The style which it is written in, is slightly provocative but also factual. This means that calling it “unprofessional” is quite unfounded.
In Sweden (where I am based) and the USA and the UK opinion pieces after a loss for the so called “home team” are far more harsher than what i have written here.
If not, then The Guardian, New York Times, Washington Post, ESPN etc are all unprofessional.
3) Local-sloth: What do you mean that “this site isn’t even run professionally”? What do you base this on? Furthermore, you write “this “article” is not even bad (by sempreinter standard of course lulz).” Again, why is it about SempreInter.com that you dislike so much to insult all of us who write here in that way?
Are you a journalist? Do you have any experience in journalism? If yes, please enlighten us as to what we’re doing that’s so poor.
Dope that you replied lol and thanks for clearing it up as being INTENDED as an opinion piece. Not knowing that was your intention i thought it was a lil wierd how negative it was.
Hi Deji:
All articles that are news pieces have a reference to the source in the title. Or are written as a newsarticle. This article is absolutely not written in that way and is completely an opinion piece.
Thanks for your feedback.
Pleased to hear from the SempreInter guy. I respect the fact that you and some Interista are gracious enough to contribute to the community by building and running this site. Although I regret to say that my previous opinion remain unchanged.
If you take a look closely to the last 6 months or so, there are way too many poorly written articles (mistranslation, bad formattings, disjointed sentences, etc) that made me assume this site is not run by professionals. Even if some articles (like this one, and some written by several people) is perfectly okay for me. Now that you gave me some clarification, I realize that my hmmm assumption is perhaps too harsh if not plain wrong.
I am aware of the fact that running a high traffic news site is far from an easy task. Though now that I am aware of the fact (this might sound brash) can we expect more professionalism from your side? you know, in case someone else is making the same assumption as I did.
Hi Local-sloth: I am perectly aware of the fact that from january to June we’ve had problems with poorly translated articles.
However, if you look closely, you will see that these past 3 months that has been minimized and has now almost disappeared. And I am on this situation as a hawk to make sure it doesn’t happen at all. If that is what you mean by professionalism, you can count on it.
If you see anything that is out of order feel free to email me at [email protected] together with a link to the article and I will attend to it immediately.
SempreInter has been around for almost 5 years and 6 months of 5 years is hardly a majority of the time so your conclusion that this is typical SempreInter is not supported by the facts, but I do understand what you mean.
Thank you for your feedback.
Glad we understand each other. Thanks
Nah the site “should” be more professional. Its an official partner to the club, and this article sounds like a bunch of posts from a comment section on an earlier article lol this article couldnt throw enough insults. Too much of his own personal hurt put into the article. One who calls himself a writer shouldn’t let there bias show so easily. Other articles did a good job critiqing the team without insulting the coaches nd players. These are the Same coach you’ll want quotes from in the future. All I’m saying is leave all the butthurt shit out of the articles and in the comment section.
Don’t be in denial mate our players are not de boer type
I hope we wont regret for Icardi extension, tbh the money from him could do a lot for us atm 🙁
