In the last few minutes, Inter have confirmed that left back Caner Erkin has left the club and signed for Turkish champions Beşiktaş. The player, who only joined the Nerazzurri earlier this window on a free transfer, moves to the Black Eagles on an initial loan deal with an option to buy next summer for €2m.

As an Inter fan for long time, i can’t believe we make such a move like this. Sounds like we didn’t do some meetings after season’s end to evaluate what we need and what we can do for season after.. Sad to see Inter done something like this

ethically i absolutely agree.. that was just wrong.. but what I meant is that out of a chaotic and unplanned move thankfully he will get to play with besitkas instead of being benched with us, and inter will possibly get 2mil at the end of the season.. but yes i hope it never happens again.. because it is just wrong even though I’m sure we didn’t do it on purpose

So we are in the MI_NUS RED zone with him, considering the hefty SIGNING ON fee him and his agent received + 1,75m/year wage. EACH YEAR. And we’re not sure Besiktas will pay that 1m Euro in 2017 lol.

We don’t need a replacement.. Nagatomo, Santon, Ansaldi, Miangue, hell even D’Ambrosio can play left back..We need upgrade on this players not a replacement for Erkin.

Alright, so “replacement” was a bad word… what I meant to say was, we need another fullback that doesn’t completely suck. I’m hopeful Ansaldi will be okay, but that’s about it. FB looks like a gaping hole in our roster, as it has been for awhile. We have quantity but certainly not quality.
