According to Corriere Dello Sports, Inter are considering extending Medel’s contract. He has reportedly turned down a lucrative move to Russia earlier and the Nerazzurri are considering rewarding him with a brand new contract worth €3 million a season.

I think it is a correct move from Inter why ?!
Because of :
1- he deserve it !
2- he is useful and can play in several postions.
3- increasing of his market value…so we may sell him if we get a proper offer!
4- untill now…we still dont have a decent CDM like him .
For anyone who ask about balancing the books,,,there are a some ways to balance it in winter / next summer :
1 – Bring a third partner to invest in INTER beside suning group and E.T.
2 – Selling of Valueable players which are not included in FDB plans such as (Palacio , Jovetic , Biabiany and maybe Eder and Brozo) the last two names will be known wether they are included in FDB plans or not in the next few weeks .
3 – selling of trashy players ( no need to mention ) to chinnese league / serie B with a good price .
4 – this point may be a hard-to- believe one,,,but maybe after Gabigol adapt the serie A style of play ( as a striker ) ,,,we may see Icardi out !
5 – built our own Stadium

If you ask me, I would use him as a CB. He as DMF is simple useless cause he cannot organise play and just use one usefull spot in the field. He is great deffensively but thats pretty all.
