I can highly recommend Niklas Süle. I’ve been watching him in several matches. This guy is very strong in the air just like Matrix, very tough defensively like wall-e and able to pass effectively like Motta if needed. He is only 21 years old and his value will be increasing quickly in the next two years. I’m quite sure he will play for Germany national team very soon. Better to invest money on him than Lindelof this winter.
Not at all, as someone here said, a good CB is always good as a backup or even to start with but FBs are the priority

The thing is that Medel looks like he’s weak, but truely he’s the only player covering the midfield on the counter attack
I think medel is affecting all our midfield in the terms of offensively and defensively, he’s not efficient at the midfield.
First and foremost priority should be a FB. But a CB would always be nice since Miranda and Murillo don’t have backup right now (I don’t consider Ranocchia a professional player). I jut hope we’re lucky with no injuries.
I was a huge admirer of Schar while he was at Basel. He reminded me a lot of Sergio Ramos, who has his critics, but is still one of my favorite CBs. I was shocked to hear his drastic drop in form after arriving at Hoffenheim, but after seeing that he maintained the same form with Switzerland as he had at Basel, it led me to believe that he just isn’t compatible with the German game. I believe he could do well in Serie A, especially under tactics like De Boer’s, where he can use his good ability on the ball, passing range, and excellent athleticism to its fullest.

Its easier to name who isnt a cause of concern in this team. Am concerned about Kondo and Perisic too. Perisic has been shit so far this season. He is the man we are counting on. He was invisible the whole match against Pescara.
chill mate… the season just started and only 3 matches.. Pescara knew that they should shut off Perisic. We clearly saw that they used 2 player to guard perisic and they did well
We need points mate and our best players must start to perform. He is totally out of form. Thats my only concern. I like him but he is too easy to read. He never cuts inside, 10/10 times he will go on the outside and he needs space to run into. He should vary a little. Sometimes cut inside and take a shot or try a through ball to Icardi or other teammates.

Yeah but then we would loose Candreva’s good crosses from the right. All Perisic needs is that FDB instructs him to cut inside more. He has good shoots too. Great players Ronaldo, Ribery and Neymar you never know if they will go on the outside or cut inside. That’s why they are so dangerous.
He needs to play on the left. He doesn’t cut in, he hits on counter by running over defenders and finishing with his left foot.
More than half the teams in serie A play super defensive with very low backline. They won’t leave you any space to run into. Against those kind of teams he is ineffective. He is effective on the counter when we are leading and the other team is forced to get higher up the pitch or when we play teams that don’t park the bus.
im glad this issue will be addressed… since the beginning of 2016 Murillo is far from good, healthy competition could help shaking things up
He is young, I love his aggression. He will make mistakes but he will make them at full speed. I can live with that. The only issue is when he does it after Miranda has committed to applying pressure.
The problem is his aggression. He dives in tackles too quickly instead of just following the attacker and wait until the right time to tackle. He slides in without thinking. Am afraid he will cause many penalties against us and get him self sent off alot if he doesnt improve on that. He should learn from Miranda. I guess he is young. But am sure will be one the best in the game when he gets experienced.
I wouldn’t mind a new CB. Murillo can work in rotation and Ranocchia can go fuck himself. Fullbacks should still be the priority though.

Meh. He woul add in quantity not in quality. He would be a depth player, he wouldn’t upgrade the team.
