FDB commanded him to play simple which mean to play smart. He should know his position as CMF, not too much dribble and hold the ball too long. Personally I think he has world class talent, build well in phisically, has enermous stamina but clueless in positioning, rather slow to make decision. Playing simple with more touch and make more passing fluid and effectively in positioning both in offense and defense then He surely can be best Box to Box Player.
He have time until january to show his worth, not in pitch but in training ground. Gnoukouri is better than him, Hope we can cash him with good price.

Even Rano shows some slightly improvement under fdb, so i guess these actions from kondog and brozo are blessing in disguise for Inter, in other word i still have hope that these two players will improve and be better players…

You guys are calling for his head yet players like Rano, Dumbo, Nago, Melo, Brozo have had 1000x more mistakes and are still on the team… Under Mancini Kondo barely played and I think Mancini was more worried about his job then developing players. He wanted established players and never played the young players (he wanted Yaya Toure for christ sake). I feel that FDB cares about developing players as we can see this by him even giving playing time to young players.
And the reality is we do not have depth at MF and Def so we can’t rid of everyone. As much as I would love to get rid of Rano, Dumbo, Nago, Melo I don’t really see us getting rid of them in Jan. And I don’t see anyone buying players like Brozo of Kondo for even 15-20mill since they haven’t really showed much and they don’t play.
This a turning point for Kondo either he changes or he takes it as an insult and doesn’t. He needs to realize this isn’t spain or england defenses are way better, you can’t dribble through entire team and play long balls all game.
I still have faith on him.. it’s because mancini wanted to.change him into yaya toure and play as box to box mid. If im not mistaken he was an anchor in seville and monaco and did great in that position. He played simple pass and a monster back then. But now he tends to keep the ball on his feet and march forward which isnt quite his strength yet. Hopefully he will learn from this and raise higher than ever.. he’s still young there is still room for improvement. He just need to play simple, not to look at the ball always, widen hhis vision, and strengthening his trait which are body balance and strength.

Some of you just dont get it. This is positive for Kondogbia. If he is OK with decision that means he realised and is ready to change something in his game. That can only be positive sign. FDB is obviously interested in his potential contribution in future so this way he wants to wake him up. Look Brozovic and Jovetic. Those are players on which FDB doesnt seriously count.
Of course every coach is interested with him. Phsically he is a beast and good dribbler. But he doesnt have the brain

Look at how other players adapted in such little time but we all learn at different rates. It will be hard for him now but he can be great for us if he comes off that horse he’s riding.

I still have hope for all inter’s player to improve under FdB guidance. Rano, Gnou, Santon are on the right track. Lets hope the same for dambro, kdog, biabiany, etc.

Guess “the black star”being talked about here is Gnoukouri… Kondogbias biggest prob is his spreed or lack of it, on and with out it… he simply needs too much time with the ball before being able to making a pass, something which you have time to do in Spain or France but not in Italy!
