I think he likes midfielders who contributes more in defence than Banega does.. also propably want’s to develop a young team for the future and sell of banega in summer

Really happy to see Gabriel finally scored his first ever goal for Inter. Against Roma, Icardi will be back, but Miranda will be missing. Putting Medel as the CB like he usually does will be too risky because he will fight Dzeko head on; Medel is only 1.71 cm and Dzeko 1.93 cm. The gap is 22. Medel is great but Dzeko will pose a real threatening through his aerial ability. Perhaps Murillo should be at the center if trying Andreolli isn’t convicing. Today’s game proves that there aren’t any easy games. The players must focus and be decisive for the whole minutes. A win by a single goal is still a win and it is worth three points. We must win against Roma to reduce the gap for the third spot. Although the players didn’t really play well today, credit must be given to them and Pioli. They all worked hard. Bravo Inter.
Pioli’s tactics isn’t that spot on in this match.. ineffective starting line up.. no seen tactic changes in the early second half.. the subs are obvious..

When you put D’Ambrosio and Candreva as part of the midfield, plus Gagliardini and Joao Mario, who’s only one that can be enough helpful in offense, but he’s notorious that he’s not goalscorer. And when you add grandpa Palacio, only miracle can help you to score. I don’t understand what’s going on with Pioli, but when he finally, made the right changes Banega and Gabriel instead of Palacio and Candreva, we start to playing some football. But that couldn’t be enough, because Pioli delayed with the substitutions, the system was wrong from the beginning and some starters were obvious mistakes. We was lucky enough to get away this time, but luck won’t be on our side every time.

Yes but don’t write Miranda off,he is a great defender and although he is old he is still more consistent then most of CBs around,if we bring Manolas in the summer we are covered on CB positions,Miranda,Manolas,Medel and Murillo are all good choices and only Miranda is 30+

Well idealy Manolas would replace him in starting XI,but Miranda wouldn’t be a bad choice for startting spot against smaller teams or when any of our starting CBs need a rest

Rube has Barzagli (35) and chielini (33)… Miranda is only 31… He has at least 1-2 more good years..

Frustrating game, we missed so many chances it was literally hurting me physically. We also didn’t look as solid at the back as I would’ve wanted. In the end it’s a 1-0 win but it would be hard to say that it wasn’t deserved. So happy to see Gabigol finally score, even if a tap in. Will do wonders for his morale. Palacio was clearly just missing on purpose so that Gabigol could get the game winning goal.3 points fuck yeah, the race is still on.
Well it looks like we got the 3 points today,not the best perfoirmance but a win is a win we need to learn how to win “ugly” sometimes we can’t always expect us to dominate…
