Gabriel Barbosa has hit the spotlight following his debut goal in Serie A against Bologna this past weekend. Today the Brazilian forward spoke to Premium Sport about his current situation:
“Football in Italy is different from Brazilian football. After months of adjusting, I feel ready. Our new coach has got us up an running. I am continuing to work hard and be available for the team. I have to thank Pioli for always motivating me. He is a great coach. I am working hard so I can get more minutes, and I hope this recent goal helped. Roma? They are a great team, however, we will be at home at a packed San Siro. We are preparing all week for this game and we will see what happens.”

I liked how he tracked back and defended vs Bologna… The Pioli integration is working. Icardi, Gabigol and Caprari. We’re good for up top next season.
Those 3 wont take us anywhere next season. At least we need a player in sanchez calibre.
Be patient gabi..next year grandpa wont be here..you will have a lot of chance
Not quite. Out with granpa and jojo, incoming roger martinez and caprari. I’m not convinced with Roger, but Caprari is ready.
Gabriel is still better in my opinion. And his potential is waaay above Caprari’s.
Caprari is the new Di Natale though. At least that’s what they said.
Heres Caprari’s current stats on several positions and ratings for each position he played.

He’s on a Pescara team that until a couple of weeks ago only had 1 win in Serie A, their first game of the season, and were struggling to score while having the worst defense in the league. Now, they have a new coach in Zeman, who’s a tough coach, and demolished Genoa 5-0 with Caprari bagging a brace. His performances were definitely tampered by poor tactics from the previous coach, and hopefully he continues to shine under Zeman.
