Paulinho is the latest name to be added to the list of young players that are being monitored by Inter, according to Brazilian outlet Globoesporte.

The Nerazzurri became aware of the young Vasco da Gama midfielder, who wears the number 7 for both club and U-17 Brazilian national team, during the recently concluded U-17 World Cup where he helped Brazil to a third place finish after losing to England in the semifinals.

During the tournament, Paulinho scored three goals and made two assists, which was enough to get the attention from Europe’s top clubs. According to the report the Brazilian club has not yet received any offers for the 17 year old midfielder, but he is currently valued at around €20 million.

During his first year with the senior squad at Vasco da Gama, Paulinho has featured 11 times and scored two goals in the process. The youngster has also appeared 21 times for the U17 Brazilian national team, getting on the scoresheet on 7 different occasions in the process.
