Gazzetta dello Sport have picked up upon Inter’s sheer size, comparing the players of Inter to nightclub doormen. Six of Inter’s squad exceed the 6 foot mark and a further nine are between the 5 foot 9 inch and 6 foot mark. Only Borja Valero (5 foot 7) and Yuto Nagatomo (5 foot 5) are below 5 foot 9 in the Inter team.

Inter’s team hold some Nordic characteristics in the sense they are big and physical but also hold some Latin characteristics in the way they can play the ball. Luciano Spalletti has so far perfectly mixed these characteristics together to bring Inter to second in the Serie A table after 11 games and remaining undefeated in the process of doing so.

Midfield duo Matias Vecino and Roberto Gagliardini are the two tallest outfield players and have combined their height and technical abilities to gain an advantage over their opponents in the games they have partnered one another.
