With a number of Inter’s regular starters playing two full games over the international break it remains to be seen whether or not Inter manager Luciano Spalletti will name an unchanged starting lineup for the sixth straight Serie A match.
Gazzetta dello Sport suggest that the midfield could be switched up, particularly the duo of Roberto Gagliardini and Matias Vecino and either Marcelo Brozovic or Joao Mario could replace one of them. The chances of Borja Valero being dropped are low however.
Moreover, Gazzetta report that the four Italian internationals were given the day off from training today to recover after their goalless draw with Sweden which confirmed Italy would not be heading to the World Cup next year in Russia. The four will instead return to training tomorrow and join their teammates in preparation for the game with Atalanta on Sunday night at San Siro where kick off is scheduled for 20:45 local time.
why not try Mario on the wing? i only saw it once (last season i think) and he can cross and cover as well as the other Mario stuff, so it cant possibly be worse than candreva. and how about dalbert and cancelo, i know that you cant just throw them in there since they are not ready yet but if we play Italians i believe that if they don’t instantly score and redeem themselves atleast for starters, they will be a burden to the team.
We have to start rotating..especially candreva
He just crossing and crossing and crossing and then expects his team mate to finish it.
