Philippe Coutinho will leave Liverpool to sign for Barcelona. The confirmation came from Barcelona themselves who finally got their man after chasing him all summer to replace the departed Neymar. Inter are also benefiting from the hefty fee, as they will get a small percentage, as stated in the contract clause inserted when the Brazilian playmaker signed for the Merseyside club. As Sky Sport reported, the Nerazzurri will in fact receive €2.4 million of the €160 million that the Catalans splashed for the purchase of the Brazilian player, which is 1.5% of the sum. Inter originally sold the former Vasco da Gama player for a mere €12 million midway through the 2012/13 campaign. This sum brings the total sale price to around €15 million for Inter, a truly ridiculous figure considering the price he has just been sold for.
Coutinho refused to play at the start of the campaign but returned to the Reds first team when his hopes of a deadline-day move were scrapped. He was not included in the match at Burnley, with Jurgen Klopp insisting he had a thigh injury.
One thing about Suning :
So far they have not sold one of our most wanted players to other clubs , not only they always refused any offer but they also made clear that the season of selling the Coutinho or Kovacic is completely over … ” never again” , it is not happening at Inter anymore.
Also , they have acquired some of the best , young prospects around , like Bastoni and Colidio.
Moratti always bringed great players at Inter but wasn’t good enough to hold on on them and they shined for other European clubs …. With Coutinho he just repeted the Roberto Carlos exact mistake and i don’t feel mention the others …… fuckin hurts
I have a feeling if we sell Joao Mario now, then somewhere between 2020 – 2023 this Coutinho story will repeated
Nope.
Coutinho was 19 when we sold him.
JM is turning 25 and has all the possible experience and has done almost all the growing process one can possibly do..
let it be a lesson for those fools who sold coutinho,Liverpool got 160 mil while inter? only 15 plus 2,4 mil
actually, me almost jumping happy, but……. when i read it closely, i found a point between number 2 and 4.
God! I thought inter will get €24 millions.
When everybody sells their player to PL clubs for unbelievable amounts, Inter is nice enough to sell for a discount players that were obviously destined for greatness.. And we dont even ask for percentage of future sales, thats how nice we are..
paste to youtube search title “7 Football Clubs with the Most Debt”, data are fresh Published on Dec 24, 2017. it is very interesting to listen to. they are talking about exact numbers.

“From AC Milan to Manchester United, HITC Sevens takes a look at the seven clubs with the most debt in football right now.”
moratti’s way of doing football business.
£2 million, woopy f##kin doo! Let’s go on a spending spree!! So happy that we sold him for peanuts, when it was blindingly obvious what a talent he was!! Now we’re completely handicapped by FFP, but the truth is that it’s the clubs own fault- we could have a first team at the moment with Coutinho, Kovacic and Bonucci, and a squad filled with the likes of Benassi, Biraghi, Duncan etc, etc!!! We have to be the worst run club on the planet!! Don’t know whether to laugh or cry!!
