Inter will pocket a minimum €38.9 million from UEFA for their participation in the Champions League this coming season according to a report from Tuttosport.

This season’s competition will be the richest in it’s history with revenus now at some €3.4 billion, €1.9 billion of which will be distributed among the 32 participating clubs.

€585 million will be spread across the clubs based upon historical ranking with 528 shares to go around all individually worth €1.108 million. Inter’s final position will be determined by the results of the playoffs but they are assured of at least gaining €17.7 million through this.

A further €50 million is to be spread amongst the teams in countries and will be determined by last season’s final ranking. €25 million will automatically be spread out between Juventus, Napoli, Roma and Inter with the Nerazzurri set to get €2.5 million from this. The other €25 million is there to make up the result bonuses for clubs.

The remainder of Inter’s minimum €38.9 million appearance fee will be made up through television money.
