Responding to the questions sent to him by his followers on Instagram, former Inter player, Christian Vieri explained, among other things, the affection he holds for the Inter colours, 13 years after he said goodbye to the Nerazzurri:

Have I made my peace with Inter? “Inter have never done anything bad to me, it is the people who ran the club that were the problem.”

In 2005, Vieri moved from one side of the San Siro to the other, going to play for AC Milan, a choice expressed by some fans as betrayal: “I went there because I’m a professional football player, I was very calm,” added the former Azzurri striker. He then focuses on the present by calling Spalletti the right coach for Inter.

Christian ‘Bobo’ Vieri experienced arguably his most successful period with the Nerazzurri scoring 103 goals in 143 appearances between 1999-2005 after signing on a then world record transfer fee of £32Million from Lazio.
