Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport chose to highlight the quality that Lautaro Martinez has shown during Inter’s 2-0 win against Cagliari last night at the San Siro. Lautaro found his name on the score sheet early on by scoring from a cross that came from Dalbert.

According to the report “Lautaro is greatly appreciated for his participation in the game and supporting his teammates and for his fearlessness in attack.”

Lautaro received the highest rating on the pitch with a 7.5 according to Corriere dello Sport. He was followed closely by Dalbert, who received a rating of 7 along with Matteo Politano and Luciano Spalletti, who all received the same rating. Other players that also played well were D’Ambrosio, De Vrij, and Borja Valero.

Handanovic, Miranda, Brozovic, Nainggolan, and Perisic all did what they had to do and had decent performances. The worst players on the pitch were Roberto Gagliardini and Antonio Candreva who received ratings of 5.5 and 5 respectively.
