Milan Mayor Sala: “The Zhang Family Is Rich, But Inter Need To Increase Their Revenues”

Beppe Sala, the mayor of Milan, was a guest on Italian TV on the football show ‘Tiki Taka’ where he spoke about his favorite team, Inter, starting with the captain, Mauro Icardi.

Sala stated that “I am very happy with Mauro’s performances. What about Higuain? With all due respect to Pipita, Icardi is Icardi.”

He then went on to speak about the derby: “This game is part of a tradition for the city of Milan, and that tradition is constantly renewed every year.”

He moved on to talk about Juventus, who have been ahead of everyone else for years: “Inter now have the Zhang family to support them. They have money, but due to Financial Fair Play, they have been unable to invest heavily without first trying to increase Inter’s revenues. Inter have to finish in the top four and do well in the Champions League, perhaps even eliminating Juventus.”
