Stankovic took his time to tell about his injures and the feature to Sky Italia:
“All I’m thinking about is getting back into shape. It’s been two months since I had my operation and I want to get back to fitness as soon as possible. I feel good and I can’t wait to start running,”
The Nerazzurri midfielder then reiterated his love for the club:
“I want to stay at Inter. I’m happy here and I’ll always be grateful to president Moratti. I can’t imagine myself anywhere else. Thoughts do cross your mind occasionally but I can’t see myself leaving Inter. It’s nice to get offers at the age of 33-34 – it means you’ve still got it. I’ll end my career at Inter, for sure.”

Herregud finns det någon med större hjärta än stankovic? han är en hjälte och ska stanna om han vill. Inte spelarnas fel att klubbens har sämre ekonomi. Det är inte direkt så att jag själv skulle sänkt min lön ffrivilligt med 50% bara för att min arbetsgivare inte fick ihop balansräkningen.

Ännu en som inte sticker pga sin feta lön….vill han nu avsluta sin karriär i Inter så kan visa god vilja och gå ner i lön…..man tycker de ska tjänat tillräcklig efter alla år som proffs men nix!
