The group is back at Appiano Gentile this morning to resume with training ahead of Inter’s upcoming clash at Wembley where they will face Tottenham in the Champions League.

It appears that Luciano Spalletti can count on the return of the Croatian right back, according to a report in today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

“Sime Vrsaljko is better and seems to have recovered enough for Inter’s upcoming trip to London, where yesterday Spalletti’s collaborators Baldini and Pane attended the game between Tottenham and Chelsea.”

Vrsaljko has been unable to consistently string together more than a few games at a time due to the fact that he is very unlucky with injuries, but it appears that he is now recovered and might be able to play with more consistency.

This is excellent news as the Nerazzurri are preparing for a very difficult set of games, as after they face Tottenham, they will be facing off against Roma before facing arguably their biggest challenge of the season: Juventus.
