Inter have made an offer of a new contract to Slovakian international central defender Milan Skriniar Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio reports.

According to the report, the Nerazzurri have sent their proposal to the former Sampdoria player’s agent, Csonto, who has reacted very positively to the offer. In fact, the player’s agent will meet with the Nerazzurri directors in the beginning of February to finalize the deal.

The offer is according to Di Marzio “an important contract offer” without precising the sums involved but it is clear that the Nerazzurri want to continue with Skriniar, who will take some time out to discuss the offer with his agent.

Skriniar’s current deal with the Nerazzurri expires at the end of June 2022 and he has been very clear that he wishes to continue his career at Inter.

The Slovakian international joined Inter in July 2017 from Sampdoria and has been ever present for the Nerazzurri since making the switch.
