Sneijder to Galastaray is a done deal. At least that is what highly regarded NTV Spor in Turkey announces, and claims that “Sneijder, Inter and Galatasray have reached an agreement on everything.” According to the source, Sneijder will sign a contract tomorrow for three and half years, giving him € 5.3 million per year and 25 000 per match. The player is expected to arrive in Istanbul early next week.
However, this information has not been confirmed by Italian sources and there is no official statement confirming that Sneijder has indeed said yes to the Turkish club. On his website, Gianluca Di Marzio writes that “In an effort to confirm the information I’ve found that the player has not yet given his final OK, the answer should come on Monday. Sneijder is still deciding and needs more time. In Turkey, they expect him to come, but Sneijder to Galatasaray is not yet a done deal.”
