Tomorrow night’s match between Inter and Cagliari could be the last time Radja Nainggolan and Nicolo Barella face each other for some time with Gazzetta dello Sport suggesting they could soon become teammates at Inter.

Thanks to his performances for Cagliari in recent years, Barella has recently cemented his place in the Italian national team and looks set for a very bright future in football.

The 21-year-old has attracted interest from a host of clubs other than Inter and is understood to be valued by the Sardinian club at no less than €50 million.

The Milan based newspapers report goes on to add that Barella – who shares the same agent as Nainggolan – is fighting to secure Cagliari their place in Serie A for next season as he wishes to leave the club in the best possible way.

Cagliari currently sit 14th in Serie A and have a six point gap between themselves and the relegation zone and they will no doubt be looking to secure their future as soon as possible.
