While Radja Nainggolan and Joao Mario battle for their starting spot, Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport have fewer doubts regarding the other positions.

The left-back position is still more of a 60-40 in favour of Dalbert to start ahead of Asamoah but the famous pink paper still aren’t completely sure. On the other hand, they are confident that Danilo D’Ambrosio and Matias Vecino will both be given a rest in favour of Cedric Soares and Roberto Gagliardini.

While the Italian midfielder will hoping to continue showing his form to start more regularly, hope of getting a permanent transfer to Inter for the Portuguese fullback is looking less and less likely. Cedric would have to deliver some huge performances in order to get redeemed come the Summer, as links to Darmian and other fullbacks continue to circulate, management seem to be in favour of someone with Serie A experience, as it has taken too long for Cedric to get accustomed.

Dalbert must also start to prove his worth, as his amortization value decreases, he becomes more susceptible to getting sold this Summer at the right price.

Probable line-up according to the Gazzetta dello Sport

Inter (4-2-3-1): Handanovic, Cedric, Miranda, Skriniar, Dalbert, Gagliardini, Brozovic, Politano, Nainggolan, Perisic, Icardi
