Ex-Inter Striker Victor Obinna: “Conte Is Doing A Great Job, Lukaku Is A Champion”

In an interview with FCInter1908.it, former Inter player Victor Obinna has shared his views on Inter’s chances of winning silverware this season.

“Under Mourinho I won the Serie A title and I think today’s Inter can do the same and win immediately. Conte is doing a great job in the first season with Inter. I think he is a very strong manager,” he began.

He then spoke on Inter striker Romelu Lukaku, who has been central to Inter’s success so far this season.

“Lukaku is a champion and I think he still has a lot to give to Inter. I expected everything he is doing now because he is strong and has a manager by his side who gives him confidence; Conte wanted him at Inter at all costs.”

In conclusion he was asked what business he thinks Inter need to do during this month.

“What does Inter need? Fans can rest assured. I think Marotta and Conte know perfectly well which players are suitable for Inter.”
