Lecce have turned down the opportunity to take Ionut Radu on loan from Inter for the remainder of the season according to a report from FCInterNews.it.
Radu joined Genoa on a season long loan but with playing time set to be cut following the arrival of Mattia Perin, Inter are currently looking to find him another club for the rest of the 2019/20 season.
Inter offered the young Romanian shot-stopper to Lecce but Lecce rejected the offer as they already consider themselves to be covered in the goalkeeping department.
Clubs from France and England have shown an interest in signing Radu on a permanent basis but Inter only wish to send him out on loan.
If Inter are unable to find another loan move for him between now and the end of the transfer window, he will be recalled from his spell with Genoa and he will train alongside the Inter first team.
