Fiorentina could possibly come back in for Inter midfielder Radja Nainggolan according to a report from Italian news agency ANSA.it.

La Viola showed an interest in signing Nainggolan in the Summer of 2019 prior to him joining Cagliari on a season long loan but the Florence based club could come back in for him again in the coming weeks as they look to bolster their squad ahead of the upcoming season.

Fiorentina have already signed Sofyan Amrabat from Hellas Verona to bolster the midfield and also have an interest in Arsenal’s Lucas Torreira but they face competition from the likes of Atletico Madrid and AC Milan for him.

The report from ANSA goes on to explain that Fiorentina management will do everything that they can to ensure that Gaetano Castrovilli stays with the club amid links to a number of clubs. Fiorentina want to keep him and offer him a one year contract extension which will keep him at the club until 2025.
