Inter have begun the process of signing up three of their young stars to lead the club into the future, report Italian media.

According to todays print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport Inter have began the very necessary process of keeping three of its brightest prospects at the club for years to come.

Alessandro Bastoni, Nicolo Barella and Lautaro Martinez are all high priorities on Inter’s contract negotiating list when it comes to the current squad. 

Striker Lautaro Martinez is reported be furthest along in the process of a renewal as he is said to be happy to stay in Milan with a considerable wage rise, despite reported interest from Barcelona last summer.

Central defender Alessandro Bastoni is not quite as far along in his contract negotiations as his team mate, however all parties seem confident a deal will be agreed with the young defender.

Nicolo Barella, who has been a standout performer this season is said to be enthusiastic to tie his future down with club and with talk of him being a future Inter captain it seems again, a deal that all parties will be confident in agreeing.
