Antonio Conte faces some tough decisions when picking Inters midfield three tomorrow, Italian media claim.

According to today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport, the Nerazzurri coach Antonio Conte faces some difficulties picking tomorrow’s starting 11.

The midfield department seems to be a dilemma for Conte tomorrow due to injuries and potential suspension risks.

With Arturo Vidal still a doubt after his knee injury against Fiorentina with Marcelo Brozovic and Nicolo Barella being one yellow card away from suspension, Conte must make a decision on his midfield.

Brozovic and Barella would both miss the Milan derby next weekend if they were to pick up a booking against Lazio tomorrow.

The two midfielders are cemented in Inter’s starting 11 and to have those two missing for the derby would be a disaster for Antonio Conte.

Roberto Gagliardini is likely to come into the midfield tomorrow and take Vidal’s usual place.

Conte may leave one of Brozovic or Barella on the bench to reduce risk of having both players missing for the derby next week.
